Assurance Doesn't Know Jerry
I signed up on Jerry making my initial payment. But I still got a call from Assurance to finalize my policy. I hung up because according to Jerry the policy was active. But did call Assurance back just to make sure. However, the agent who answered told me that he was not familiar with Jerry and spoke of an alternative sign up process where I would need to take additional steps. It was confusing. Needless to say, the policy was fine and I it, indeed, was activated through Jerry.
