My first time using Assure Cars in London and my first experience was great so I booked them a second time as part of a return trip from London to Newmarket. Travelling with the family and 4 very large suitcases + hand luggage and got a MPV both times that suited perfectly. Would use them again definitely.

As the title says I was sceptical when booking. I had a journey to Heathrow and a meet and greet from Heathrow booked online for a very important business trip. The taxi turned up 15 minutes early going to T5. Prior to leaving the driver gave me his telephone number so I could call or text him when I landed. Which I did and he promptly appeared within 10 minutes.
I will be using Assure Cars again and recommending them to my colleagues.

Everything was on time and set well

hard to find the driver, not really initiative. Otherwise happy with the online process, but frustrated by having only a ring from a random number and I had to call them back. Car was clean and driver was driving safely.

Service i will keep using all the time

Our driver, Suri, met us at the arrivals area. He drove us to a service station where I could buy a latté - very nice. We had lively conversations while driving, but Suri talks with his hands. That meant that we were weaving within our lane - pretty scary. We had trouble finding the address and Suri drove us around and even joined us in getting out and searching on foot.

The driver arrived conveniently early (10 minutes -- we were ready), and he deposited us on time at Gatwick Airport after a safe ride. He was most congenial, too.

Nice driver, we had no problems. This service is great when you don't want to carry all your luggage on the train.

Highly recommend. Chatty driver. Arrived on time. Only one concern is that the driver hardly used his indicators at all throughtout the many lane changes. As a professional driver myself I found this to be quite uncomfortable, given london traffic. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

I highly recommend AssureCars. They were very prompt and clear in their interaction with me on line and on the phone. The driver was on time, helpful, and pleasant to chat with during the drive from Heathrow to our rental in Fulham, which he had no trouble finding. I was impressed that he gladly stopped at an ATM for us so we could get the cash we needed to pay the balance for our apartment and that he insisted in carry our more numerous than usual bags to the front door of our destination even though he had to park several doors away. More often than not we take public transportation for airport connections,to save money, but this time we felt that we got our money's worth in using this reasonably priced, reliable car service,

In my opinion the fare of collect from the airport already include the time of waiting that why it always dearer than the cost of journey to the airport. When I booked the taxi, I provided the flight number, time of flight arrival. As I am not sure what time that I got out of the airport so I just added 20 minutes after. However, I had to wait for my luggage and came out half an hour later. When I arrived home I had been asked by the driver to pay for the extra £5. I already sent an email to assurecars about this but no reply.
Also there was no confirmation of the booking, as I already paid online therefore I was ready worried and just a bit release after read the comment from one of the review about no confirmation email.

I would recommend Assure cars for all your cab needs in or around London.

New cars, excellent drivers, strict timing, reasonable price of trips.

I was a bit worried since I did not receive any confirmation after choosing to pay cash on arrival. But the driver was waiting there for me and helped me carry my many bags. This was the cheapest option that I was able to find online and was really convenient.

I had no problems with the service, in fact I messed them around, since one of our flights was cancelled at last minute by the airline. I had to cancel my pick up. There was no issues or dramas at all with my problem. They then collected my wife and I on time when we finally need them. Driver; very good, helpful and courteous.
I will use this company every time we travel back to the UK, I would suggest you do too.

This is the second time we have used AssureCars and will definitely be using them again. Really good value for money, the best between airport transfer we have experienced.
