Assured Transport 

I did not use your service but was cut off by one of your drivers. It was about 2:00 pm on Colchester Ave at the light crossing Main st in Burlington VT. There are 4 lanes at the light and your driver turned left from the straight lane (3rd lane from the left) with no signal. I was in the left turn lane next to your driver and therefore was cut off. The van was now in the right turn only to Interstate 89 and proceeded to move left into the center lane right at the turn onto the highway.
Very rude and careless driving. Not good to do in a Company Van.

First class service in all respects! We needed disability transport for a family member to a hospital appointment. Amazing! We needed support to transport a young person. The team members Sarah, Sean and Tyrone made the young person feel at ease during the journey. We really appreciated Sarah, Sean and Tyrone's patients whilst we supported the young person to settle into their new placement.

This was a great service that we where provided by the company to collect a young person from another of our provision and transport to a new provision where the young person was quite challenging; however the team transporting the young person was very professional and made the young person feel safe within the transport thus creating a pleasent journey including building a positive rapport with young person which enabled the young person to feel more relaxed when they reached their new placement.

Received a great service from Assured Transport collecting a young person. This was an emergency request. Spoke to a gentleman on the phone, came across very polite and helpful. The team where very friendly and welcoming to the young person. This is a new company i have started using and so far so good.
