Have been buying wigs from since I was 15, I find them affordable and the quality is amazing, with proper care they can last for more then a year

I’ve ordered from Asteria multiple times over the last 2 years and have never been disappointed. Most recently I was over the moon because they got me my customized wig in 5 business days after I expressed that I needed It in time for my birthday. Not only did It come early, It came exactly as pictured and is already plucked and styled. Thanks so much Asteria

$300 plus wig and it did not fit, hair stylist said it was to small. Now that I have gone through the trouble of showing them the video and how ill fitting it was, they told me I should have mentioned in the comments that I needed a larger size. I have ordered before different wigs from this company and never had an issue with the size, maybe they should say some sizes are different depending on the wig. Asteria give me the size of the wig that is not fitting and said have a wig maker fix it! Wow! Never again!

Stopped buying clothes made in China, and they advertise as if they are an American Distributors! Where is Trump when you need him? smh

Omg I love my wig I ordered 40in straight 13*6 250 den and I am in love. My wig was pre plucked and the knots was bleached. I will definitely be ordering from them again

I purchased this wig Feb 7, 2023 through PayPal I read the reviews before the purchase and now I know they were lies. I deliberately waited a few weeks before I made this review to make sure to give a honest and complete review. I have loads of photos however they will not let you post it while you are typing the review, I know why. The hair is not fully human. I have no idea what it is. It sheds so much I can take the hair that went into my sink and make another wig. When I curl it with my curling iron, the hair turns to the color "GOLD" as if it was burned. The hair separates from the lace and the main part of the unit, and you can actually see everything in terms of how the wig was constructed. I want my money back however it's passed the time to be able to do that. I'm so angry! It's disgusting how these overseas places get you for your money and continue to LIE about what you are getting. It's a pure SCAM. *****DO NOT PURCHASE THIS HAIR*****

Overall my experience was satisfactory. Shipping was a hassle, it was delayed, so I received my order late; nevertheless, I was pleased with the product. I will be ordering from Asteria again!

Hair was really beautiful and soft. Can’t wait to install. You should not hesitate to buy. Definitely worth the purchase.

I purchased two wigs from Asteria they arrived on time, unfortunately one of them just didn't do it for me ( I wasn't feeling it)
When I contacted Asteria to arrange the return that's when the problems started. Even though their website had stated that the except free 30-day return, they made it very difficult to do. It took a couple of wks of back and forth messaging, mainly from them trying to convince me to like the wig before they gave me the information i needed to send the product back. NOT free but I wanted to be done with them so I happily paid. Although the hair was good their customer service and the way my issue was handled wasn't good. The whole thing just left me frustrated.

I made a mistake during my first order and the exchange process was extremely easy. The rep stayed in communication with me and my replacement wig was everything I expected. Definitely purchasing again in the near future.

Great quality wigs and wonderful customer service. This was my second purchase and I’m in love. Definitely good value for the money.
