Trash

We have been used to this trash experience before, we have ordered two items last week but has still not come , the reason was that the delivery driver cancelled the order two times, we called customer service and asked them to at least place the order again but they still refused to do nothing and told us to buy it again on different price rates . I had received call from the driver while I was in my office, I told him to give the order on Saturday. The day has come but I had received nothing ,I called the driver to ask him where my order was was, and he literally said that he gave it to his partner to deliver, the partner did not arrive and I had received a message from aster stating that my order was cancelled . Next I called Aster customer service to understand the reason why my order was cancelled, they said that it is not their fault and that it is the driver responsibility to deliver my order , they should understand that due to geopolitical situation every one is facing lots of issues , I requested customer services to place the order again but they said that asper their side they can’t place the order again . This is the worst experience received from any delivery team before

Older batch ITEM received

Dear Customer Support Team,

I placed an order for a Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream thThe order value was approximately AED 108, and since it was my first order, a discount was applied.

However, when I received the product, I noticed that the manufacturing date is April 2024 and the expiry date is March 2027. This means the product is already quite old. I specifically ordered this item to send to my home country, so receiving an older batch is very disappointing.

When I contacted customer care, I was informed that this was the only batch available in the selected pharmacy, and they were not willing to check availability in other Aster stores. This response was not satisfactory and made the experience even worse.

This has been a very disappointing experience for a first-time customer. I request you to please look into this matter and provide a proper solution.

Im the regular customer of LIFE PHARMACY and never faced a issue like this

Worst experience with Aster online

Have just had the worst experience with Aster online delivery. Had placed an order today morning at 6.45 AM for express delivery with premium charge and the delivery guy called me at 6 PM for address confirmation. Then no delivery was received and upon calling back the rider says its delivered but we never got the shipment. Called the support center to be told they can send complaint the next day and when asked to transfer the call to the supervisor, they say no one is available now. Orders are placed here for medicines and what accountability we should expect from such a team and how do we trust the medicines we get through them if we have no option to trace the despatch team itself. Have decided to uninstall this app and to never use any services from Aster clinics, hospitals and pharmacies. Why to risk your life and money. UAE Health ministry should look into this before something grave happens.. #DHA #MOHAP

Poor service

Poor service. There is no proper delivery commitment. Whatever mentioned online about delivery is false. Wrong messages of delivery but no delivery on time.

Systematically unreliable delivery…

Systematically unreliable delivery service. “Express” orders with a promised 3–4 hour window arrive a day late with no proactive updates, no real apologies, and only copy-paste replies from support. Communication is poor, accountability is zero, and the symbolic 2 AED compensation feels dismissive rather than helpful. If timing matters to you, this service cannot be trusted.

The most disgusting service they have and i have not jus faced it once but twice and both times i had to cancel my order. Never ever order from them. Their site says something while they render something else.

I have worst experience with aster…

I have worst experience with aster online services purchased bp monitor from online on 13 February 2026 they delivered on 14 February 2026 faulty item, I called them to take back and give me replacement next day they taken back and now from one week I am calling there customer service and they promise we will deliver in 24 hour but nobody come to me yet. Why I purchased BP monitor to check my BP every day but these people don’t have complaints solution process

I ordered Quest D 50000 IU Vitamin D3…

I ordered Quest D 50000 IU Vitamin D3 because the website showed 30-minute delivery for orders above AED 50. Based on this, I purchased two items instead of one. The order was not delivered even after 5 hours. When I contacted customer service, I was told the product was out of stock, yet the website continued to show 30-minute delivery, which is very misleading.
I clearly informed them that I was available only until 4 PM on Friday and then again on Monday. Despite this, the delivery person contacted me around 10 PM at my office location. I requested delivery on Monday, but no one came even by 4 PM.
This was a waste of time and very disappointing due to misleading delivery promises, poor communication, and lack of coordination. I would not recommend ordering if delivery timelines matter.

BAD DELIVERY SERVICE

Really bad service from ONLINE store. Every and all time i faced the same issue on delivering. The last time I order a sunscreen before 4 days of my travel to India and still on the day of my travel they didn't deliver and the customer care agent is asking me to wait. REALLY BAD SERVICE.
