That is the worst experience I have…

That is the worst experience I have ever had with online shopping.

I regret so much that I got attracted by their ad about a smart watch on Instagram.
Not only was it of a poor quality - battery charger that could not be attached properly to charge a watch, a battery that lasted barely for 2 hours (according to the ad it should have lasted for a week!) - I stood for a cost to return it to China, and now they keep on sending me emails about presenting a proof of return, which I BTW sent immediately!

It seems that they do not even communicate properly between departments or do not know how to check emails and attachments!! It is unheard of! What a fraud!

Zero star for this shop ,
I had buy smartwatch , which comes in broken box from china . Why product comes from China ? I order it from Astingstockholm. The watch was worst quality , scartches from down so it is used watch but i ordered new watch. It is fake shop , it is in China . China using klarna to get people of Sweden trust . plz dnt buy anything 🙏
