Absolutely terrible, placed and paid an order for 2 items, order acknowledged but after 2 weeks hadn’t arrived, no notification, nothing, couldn’t contact them, didn’t reply to emails or voicemails, landline number not available, no response to anything, so have had to send recorded delivery letter, will NEVER use them again, worst customer service that I have ever experienced.
I received my parts from Astinmartinbits very, very quickly. They were really well packaged and above all the 2nd hand door speaker I bought was excellent value, immaculately clean and exactly as described.
