This appears to be a classic attempt to misuse Trustpilot for negative purposes. This individual has been banned from purchasing from us, and for over a year we have not processed any of his orders. We politely asked him to look elsewhere for mystical items.
We carefully assess who we sell to based on the responsibility buyers have when handling spiritual and sacred objects, to ensure these items go into the right hands. For us, this is not simply about money or sales. If it were, we would sell to everyone without question.
Unfortunately, he placed another order which I declined to process and refunded in full. Being unhappy with that decision, he then chose to leave a negative review on Trustpilot.

This individual has never completed a legitimate purchase with our company.
In fact, this appears to be the same person who has created multiple accounts on Trustpilot to post repeated negative reviews. On several occasions they attempted to purchase items from us, however we declined the sale and issued a full refund. Each time this happens, they return online and post another negative review.
For clarity, the item they continue to reference is a discontinued product that has been clearly marked as out of stock and no longer produced. We explained this to them via email, but it seems the response was not accepted.
Unfortunately, the review does not reflect any genuine customer experience or completed transaction. It is simply a reaction to our decision to decline the sale.
We believe review platforms should represent real purchasing experiences, and situations like this highlight how easily such systems can be misused by individuals who have never actually been customers.
This is by far the best company offering genuine quality magical items online. I have been to many other sites, lured by cheaper prices but only to find I had wasted my money on fake products.

Been conned by many Websites from Indonesia, India and sellers from Ebay. Astral magick is the only professional company to deliver on product quality at reasonable prices and above all the items are genuine as i can feel its power easily. The owner and his team are very straight forward, honest and reliable. Placed 3 orders, needed refunds on 2 items. I was refunded within 24 hours. Package arrived well packed and within 5 days from Indonesia. There Khodamic and Jinn Items are genuine as it was tested by a local psychic from Pakistan here in the UK and even he asked where was this object obtained from after communicating with the Jinn Spirit. Items have been verified by other friends of mine within the psychic community and i have recommended Astralmagick to all of them. I believe some of them are now long term client of Astralmagick. I am not being paid for this review and wholeheartedly can recommend them. They do also offer Custom ritual work and services but these are too costly for me to use however friends of mine have used them for removing black magic from family members with 100% satisfaction. They are expensive for custom work but if you want the best of the best they highly recommended. The only negative comment I can say about this company is sometimes they respond after 24 hours or even 48 hours sometimes they respond within mins. Dont be ripped off by other companies even if they claim cheaper products. I have learn the hard way.
