Items were never delivered. When I contacted them, I was told that the items had been returned with incorrect address. Address details were confirmed and I was told that the items were once again shipped. Six weeks later, I have still not received my items and can no longer contact them via email.

SCAM!
I never received my items and they don't respond to emails asking for a refund. They are deleting our comments on Instagram.
Don't order from here!!

The company is a scam. Shipping took 2 weeks to actually begin, then another 2-4 (items were split up) to arrive. The quality is terrible and sizing is completely off. Tried to return - the emails all bounce, they don’t answer social media DM’s. Their website is down. The details on Shop app are for another company and policies in German. Do not waste your money.

My item has never been shipped and my tracking link doesn't work. Don't order from them.

Ordered something from here with express shipping, still haven't received the items 3+ months later, asked for a refund as shipping details don't exist (says being prepared for shipping), they've spent 2 months saying 'we'll check the shipping and get back to you' and continuously choose not to get back to me. Then they finally saying I'll just have to wait for the items to ship, to send them back (the items still haven't shipped, and they still won't offer me a refund).
They've blocked my email since, as I only get mail failure notices when I try to email them now.
Don't waste your money. You won't get any products, or a refund.

Terrible quality. They were somehow too big and too small at the same time. Very low quality items, do not purchase. Express shipping is a lie, it took almost a month to get.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Purchased an item through them messaging me about collaboration. Said 2-3 days express shipping and it has been 2 months now. They have since never responded to any of my emails or many instagram messages.

Worst experience ever, I ordered with tracked 2-3 day express shipping, it took over 3 weeks to arrive. The quality of items was shocking, did not look anything like the pictures. There was bits of material that weren’t supposed to be there and the sizing was god awful. You’d be an idiot to buy from here if you’re reading this review

I recently ordered some a lingerie set from this site; the quality of the piece itself is fine, but it was not what I needed and I emailed Astrid Nudo about returning the item. Their website states the following:
"We have a 30-day postage-paid return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging."

Despite their website offering a 30-day postage-paid return policy, the email I received in response stated that I would need to cover the postage cost myself and they would be updating the policy on their website. The cost of posting the item back to them was about 1/3 of the price I paid for the item itself! Plus, I ordered with express shipping and the item arrived two weeks later... Dodgy, dodgy dodgy all over.

Wow such an amazing price you get good quality product and the interface of the app is also great .would recommend to everyone out there.

Their product quality is so amazing. They really maintain the best product quality. Price wise their products are good. I love their online website. Their design is great.
