I ordered a few years back from them. What I love, they are true to size. I got the Sleepwear set and it was so soft and buttery. They have excellent customer service too because they actually replied to my questions before I placed my order.

The most outstanding thing about the store is the customer service! The attendants are so welcoming and even though you don't buy anything they still give a welcome! Then also the prices are affordable and also the arrangement of items is so neat !

I left a review last week and the company replied back asking to email them again to re-attempt to resolve the issue. I emailed again (5 days ago) and sent a follow up but I've heard nothing from them. They are only responding on here to appear helpful and attentive for those looking at reviews. I've had an awful experience with this company. Their service is poor and do not uphold their refund policy.

Details from my previous review:
Do not order from here! They offer express delivery but it is not express. My order was 2 weeks late. They say they'll provide a return label but they refused to provide one when I requested one. They say this is hassle-free but I have spent weeks trying to get this sorted but they are being extremely difficult. I provided a screenshot of their refund policy and they ignored me for 3 days. They said they didn't provide return labels anymore but they still have this in their refund policy on their website. All their claims on their site are false. Do not believe a single word they say, they just want to keep your money.
