ASTROCLARO es lo mismo que decir GRAN ESTAFA.
Las imagenes de su web son fabulosas, pero sus productos son oscuros, irreales, decoloridos. Carecen de REGISTRO MERCANTIL, SIN REGISTRO LEGAL o, lo que es lo mismo: ES UNA EMPRESA PIRATA, NO ES FIABLE. RECOMENDACIÓN: NO CAIGAN EN LA ESTAFA, NO COMPREN. SI QUIEREN PERDER SU DINERO VAYAN A ASTROCLARO.
ASTROCLARO is the same as saying HUGE SCAM.
The images on their website are fabulous, but their products are dark, unrealistic, and faded. They lack a BUSINESS REGISTRATION, NO LEGAL REGISTRATION, or in other words: IT'S A FRAUDULENT COMPANY, NOT RELIABLE. RECOMMENDATION: DON'T FALL FOR THE SCAM, DON'T BUY FROM THEM. IF YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY, GO TO ASTROCLARO.

My order exceeded my expectations. The product is beautiful, functional, and exactly what I wanted.

Fast delivery and high-quality lights. The colors are vibrant, and the design is exactly as described.

Similar to the other reviews, this company is purely fraudulent. I was supposed to receive my package on December 27th and today, as of Feb 11th all I have received is a bunch of emails from them assuring me they are working on it but until the package is returned to their premises they cannot do anything. I then looked at their T&Cs and more red flags on their external payment partners, and the right they put to terminate the contract under their discretion. My guess is this company and the holding (Empact Media) is a pyramid scheme fully and they are playing around their accounts receivables. I have sent them a notice but intend to report them under the EU and Dutch authorities immediately. Terrible experience - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR EMPACT MEDIA.

Update: After nearly 2 months of back and forth email, I sent quite a strong email yesterday to them and they were very quick to react and offer solutions (which is what I was looking for since the beginning). In addition they were willing to cover partially the expenses I incurred due to the shipment being late which is appreciated. I wish this would have been the case after the incident happened and not 2 months later.

The lights are shipped directly from China and are extremely low quality for the price. You are better off ordering directly from Temu or going to your local bazaar.

Obviously a dropshipping company as many products are a direct copy of images from AliExpress. There you can find the same products for 1/3 or 1/2 the price.
