Scam!

These do not work! I am on my second bag and no color change at all!!

Awful… these do not work at all!! Save your money … not a dot of a colour change!! Taken daily for 3 weeks zero tan!
What makes it worse is I bought 1 month supply (no subscription ) so I could try them out before committing to a subscription . I am super careful when ordering online so I DID NOT agree to a subscription.That has been totally ignored they have just charged me another £59.99 for another pack which I did not agree to!
Simply an AWFUL scam!!!
Taking this further as they are a con!

Unfortunately I bought the pack of four for €100 and I only got a message saying that there might be delays... nothing else... no track, no infromation what's so ever!!! I tried contacted them through mail, or message or in the site... no answer and nothing at all! Really pissed off with these companies that waste out time and our money!!!!!!! ENOUGH!!!!

A total scam!! I was charged the full amount, not the reduced price as advertised! Not just once but 4 times!! I sent an email right away and called my bank. Asuno does not take returns or give refunds. What kind of company are they! Beware! You are charged at the order stage, no summary of charges given. Terrible how they rip people off. My bank is refunding me and reversing the charges. I also got a new card so no more charges will be made!

Waste of money. Doesn’t give you any tan. Stay away from this trash

The tanning product has not worked for my wife or myself. We are almost done with the first pack each. No change. This is is a scam from what I can see.

I was very careful when ordering one month supply of gummies as I wanted to try them before subscribing. I have just been notified by my bank that £66 has been paid to Asuno without my permission. I am so angry with myself for believing the false positive reviews.
Asuno - I want this cancelled and my £65.95 repaid 😡

Been on them a month and nothing and I tan very easy don’t waste your money if there is any change I will rewrite a review after 2.5 weeks I started taking 4 instead of 2

Got gifted these gummies, i dont know if its placebo, but 1 week in and already started seeing the results!!

I thought I only ordered once for forty something dollars but I got another charge misteriously. Now I'm paying for a hundred that I didn't agree on. The tanning gummies didn't even work.

To make matters worse, I have no way to cancel my subscription unless I contact support that cannot be reached so I might be charged every month, and there's nothing I can do to change that.

Frustrations like this only happens when you get scammed, and I think I'm a victim of a scam. I tried to reach to someone to cancel charges on my credit card, but I think they can't help me either.

People are lucky they don't have to experience this kind of stress and frustration. Don't waste your time with Asuno!

I ordered this product on 2/13/26, it did not arrive until 3/3/26. I took double the recommended does for two weeks and there was no change in my skin tone. I emailed Asuno about a refund and they said there are no refunds after the product had been delivered. They do not guarantee that their product will work.

Okay well first of all what went wrong with the order is I ordered one package at $47.99 and a $2 shipping fee now. Instead you charge my card $99.96 and I have proof of it because I screenshotted it and $7.99 to ship you're full of s*** I can't get through your customer service. Nobody is replying back to me. You're screwing me over and I don't like it and I think you suck I'm coming back and adding it. I went to go look at my order and it says I don't even have a profile. Says you only have my shipping address. Yes you do. Because I screenshot it I got your receipt. You're liars and cheats oh, but I'm not through with you. I've contacted my bank. They're going to do an investigation. I screenshotted what I ordered so you're wrong

I only wanted one unit and suddenly was charged for nearly $100! I notified my credit card company immediately and the action was stopped. However I had the inconvenience of having to wait for a new credit card to be issued. Not a fan!
