Home Protection Is the Way to go!

Ron was very Knowledgeable about the program and was able to assist me and getting the information put to file a claim and pay for it. He was able to use the alternate address that was on the home plan and it was delivered safe and on time.

Will not network unlock a paid off phone

Had a warranty replacement phone through Asurion, AT&T. The phone was paid off. I didn't owe anybody any money, nothing! My broken phone was network unlocked, I'd get my replacement phone, it's network locked. I called Asurion ti have it removed. She had put a unlock request in for me, and it was denied for some reason. What gives Asurion have the right to lock my phone when tis paid off, not happy at all ! tomorrow morning, I'm switching services.

Shark vaccuum stopped working! Fast protection refund!

My shark vaccum stopped working after 6 months. Lost power, suction cords wouldn't work. I contacted Asurion and with in 5 minutes they reviewed my problem and fully refunded the purchase price to a gift card within 3 days! Fantastic company! Always get asurion protection for your appliances! You won't regret it!

Very easy claim. Just have all purchase info ready.

I bought two items and insured them with Asurion. Im glad I did because both purchases, stick vacuums worked okay at first but then slowly declined. I forgot that I bought insurance on them after the usual 1 year guarantee had expired. Then saw that I had. So I returned them both separately. Just make sure you have all the purchase details like brand name, order number and price before tax. That will make it faster and much easier. After giving all these details the claim was easy and hassle free. I was given a credit and im happy with that and will now try to buy a better quality product with the refund.

Chat was online

Chat was online, fast and the agent was very capable, and we were able to complete the claim in quickly. I had my Amazon order ready to reference and that helped to move things along quickly.

Late Delivery & Only way to contact is via phone

Unfortunately, there is no way aside from phone calls to contact - and without a phone it's not ideal

While submitting the claim, I was promised same day delivery to next day, at the end of the next day it's now the follow day to make it two days. Very frustrating and unable to communicate with.

Update:
After late delivery, the only way to setup the new device is via phone, again it's not ideal without an active device.

They have commented on my review with an email to contact, which I have and no response.
