Stops responding and doesn't dispatch items as promised
Items ordered on a 6-8 week lead time in June 2025, message sent to seller on July 17th to confirm that was in fact the correct lead time as others doing similar things quote turn around times much longer than this and seller responds quite promptly initially, even advising items would be dispatched next week and delivered earlier than the given timescale. Message sent to seller on August 8th for update as no items received and seller gave personal reasons for why the items had not been sent (excuse used multiple times on multiple people). Another message was sent at the end of August chasing dispatch and no response was received for 2 weeks when seller again gave personal reasons. Singular messages have then been sent in October, November and February to ask for updates and messages have not been read. Just over 10 months later in May 2026 and items haven't even been dispatched. Seller has deactivated his Facebook and Etsy, turned commenting off on his Instagram and does not respond to messages or his own contact forms. Seller is still posting deals and items regularly to tiktok and updating his website with new items so is in fact choosing not to respond.
