Bought some Hi Fi Racks speakers stands…

Bought some Hi Fi Racks speakers stands 500m through Audio Affair.. No mention of stock not being made anymore? Stands came and One of the six threaded studs that hold the top plate are too small. Rang Audio Affair 30/12/25 who are on with trying to source the part from Atacama as I would prefer that resolution than being put to the inconvinience of sending stuff back for the sake of one fixing stud. Audio Affair: New Order # 100107898..... Anyway lets see if common sense prevails and they manage to get a fixing stud to me. No problem to small ? and all that...Gave me money to sort out a stud for the stands.. Seems like they were let down by Atacama who run Hi Fi Racks.. They had not checked the box for all correct parts before dispatch.. Worked with me we sorted this out..

Speaker Stands

Purchased Speaker stands that where supplied by Atacama. Had a small problem with some missing screws from the order but this was dealt with very efficiently and was soon resolved.
