Same as the other review on here. Ordered over a month ago and received nothing. No confirmation email of dispatch, only the initial one saying "We'll let you know when it's been sent."

Waited 10 days, nothing. So I contacted the orders team via email. They responded the next day and the employee sounded like he was going to be helpful in the first instance, saying he'd look into it and resolve the issue. A few days passed, no update. Reached out again, same reply. I then waited 2 weeks with no update. I've enquired again, but no response so I've given up and got a refund via paypal.

With reference to my review below, out of fairness I should say that the items ordered mid November have arrived mid December. No communication from Atak though.

Ordered. Clothes weren't dispatched. They said they'd look into it and I've heard nothing. Avoid at all costs.
