2 months later I have not received my package yet

has been 3 weeks since purchase and have not recieved my order. About to file a dispute through Cap1, everything seems fishy. “Shop” app… for shipping ?? no legit shipping number and when i click the “tracking code” it takes me to a fake website. DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY LET THIS REVIEW HELP YOU

this company is a scam, takes your money and then just doesnt send products and when questioned they claim the package has been sent even though theres no shipping confirmation

refuse to cancel orders when asked to, refuse refunds when asked for even though you receive nothing

definitely dont waste your money!

Took forever to get to me and when it did it was very cheap material. I ordered an XL and it fit like a XS. A total scam

Lost $40 and no one is anwsering me. Never got a refound or a sweater

It has been a month and my order is still processing, I have sent an e-mail for a refund and to cancel my order but they replied with how my order should've been sent out 1-4 business days.

Don't order from here, and if you can try and get your money back. This place is not worth it.

Honestly if I could I’d give it 0 it sucks i’ve been waiting a long time for my sweatshirt and nothing when I messaged and brought this to their attention they started to ignore me .I have said if they don’t respond I will be getting a refund and I am pissed we’ll see how it goes

Verry bad experience. No tracking information. Take sooooooo long to arrive. Price is high, quality verry low !

I spent $80 on a dress that look like cost $4 to make. The website claims to support American business though the product was shipped from china. When asked for a refund the original response I got was that it would be too inconvenient for them to give me a refund. Their solution was to ignore me until the problem went away. After some pushing I convinced them to refund the product (because it was within their refund policy limits!) but only if I paid for the return shipping to china which was $40! At this point I wouldn't be surprised if even after I've shipped it back I never get the refund. I have concluded that their business practice is very dodge, and 95% of the price is marketing and shipping.

SCAM! This place is terrible, I ordered my daughter a M&M jacket and it has some companies logo on it from a resort in Utah, USA!! Do not buy anything from these scammers. Trying to get a refund for $86 CAD

The quality of the jewelry is an absolutely joke and looks horrible!!! They also sent me an email that the hoodie I‘ve ordered is out of stock and that I should choose another one. Since I didn’t want that I asked for my money back. Haven’t heard anything about a refund yet.
I would never ever order from that shop again!!!

First they took 2 months to ship, and now with the wrong product, they won't even reply my request to return and refund. I dont trust online stores like these but I did and I regret.
All the good reviews are from the staffs.

Literally just a scam. If i could give it 0 starsI would. I ordered something and they then sent me an email saying it was shipped. More than 2 months later I still hadn’t received anything so I email them and they tell me what I ordered is out of stock and they never sent me anything saying it was shipped. I requested a full refund and they have either ignored me or denied being able to give me one saying that I should just pick something else from their shop even though I kept telling them I didn’t want anything else. Do not buy from here it’s just a big fat scam.

I ordered a blue jumper, and when I got it it looked completely different from the picture. The fabric is so thin and cheap. never buy from here.

You will regret if you buy any clothes from there. I bought a sweater there for $ 45. First it took 3 weeks for it to come, second of all I ordered a pink sweater with blue writing, I got an orange sweater with green writing. it's a serious waste of money.

I was meant to be a brand ambassador and I never received any of my items. STAY CLEAR FROM ATBOUJEES. They resell items from ALIEXPRESS. I ended up having to file a PayPal dispute to get my money back after they wouldn’t respond back to me.
