Saw the poor reviews here and thought I'd comment that my experience was great... I ordered on Sunday and it arrived, well packaged, on Tuesday. Sorry other people didn't feel the same, but it's 5 stars from me.

UPDATE 7.04.2022 - Unresolved. ATBShop haven't replied to my last email for 11 days and return / refund not completed. Full refund requested under Guidance on the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, under REGULATION 6 due to "Omission (or unclear / untimely provision) of material information" meaning I was caused to take a different transactional decision than I otherwise would have done.

Express delivery was great but be aware their website descriptions for some Ski googles do not include Cat ratings (lense darkness) and I didn't get it until delivery where it was on the box on arrival). If they had provided Cat ratings on the website I wouldn't have ended up with googles that block hardly any light at all and are totally unsuitable for my requirements. Returns form link went to a 404 Page Not Found, although customer service replied quickly and provided one as pdf. Whilst their reply was polite and generally helpful, I am now waiting for them to organise the return at their expense and provide a full refund.

I just received my parcel today so haven't had time to see if its functioning as it should, however Ive had good experience with this company generally. When I called the person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. And the candy I received with the order was a very sweet touch that put a smile on my face :) Thanks!

waiting for my binding to ship out before fully review this shop took chance since lee wright a youtuber for esk use mbs binings so thought give it go so try out theses atbshop since cant find mbs bindings anywhere else plus they have history with trampa boards so will update review later when i receive bindings

Selling kites that are really bad designs and have no chance of flying. There are fake reviews on the site.

I baught the 'Cross Kites Boarder 2 Line Trainer Kite' the material is too heavy to fly, the leading edge does not give the support it should and will fold itself up really easily this is not helped by the wing beign the wrong shape. In winds under 25mph the kite falls out the sky unable to support itself.

Don’t let an Order Confirmation fool you to believe that what you thought you have bought and paid for, will actually be delivered by ATBShop.

On 07.05.2020 I had just that - an Order Confirmation ... and was thus surprised to get a message on 12.05.2020 that my order had been updated to “cancelled”.

No contact prior to cancelling, none. No efforts made to deliver as ordered, just atbBShop explanations, initially stating “we have run out of “.........” and are unable to get more stock anymore.

The latter statement proving to be false in subsequent communication.

This is customer service for some .... for me, not so much.

I find it rather pathetic!
