Ordered a helmet in Feb of 2025

Ordered a helmet in Feb of 2025. Didn't receive any tracking until I had asked to which found out it was lost by usps. No big deal things happen. The follow ups and lack of communication were not there unless I initiated it. Was told I would receive a new one multiple times. Was told they were waiting on the claim from usps and around Sept is when it got finalized supposedly. Long story short.....I got the helmet in late March of 2026. A little issue with the crown but as a whole not a bad product. What I had to deal with in between ordering and receiving, basically customer service or lack of was the worst ive ever had to deal with. As a company, especially a small one, youre supposed to make your customers happy so they can recommend u to others to grow. I understand things happen and was very patient until I wasn't. Over a year is craziness. I also offered to take half my money back just to get it settled as I grew obviously frustrated and mad and was told no. It seems they receive and take more orders than they can keep up with as I know im not the only one who was over promised and under delivered too.

Ive had a pretty decent experience with…

Ive had a pretty decent experience with ATEAM, they had reached out to me prior and let me know that they had alot of orders they are wokring on, that they are a small team (Just a father and son business) their communication can be hit or miss but they do get back to you within a decent time frame, overall I'm happy with my experience so far and will update later if necessary

Stay away from these scammers

Before I purchased from them, I asked about lead times and if they were able to complete the Shredder with armor set within two months. I wanted to use it for a con. This was back in March of 2025. The two months eta and con had passed and I was okay with waiting another month for it to get completed. I had SDCC to go to in July and he said it would be done before then. June came and went and according to them my set was almost completed and needed a couple of finishing pieces and it will ship out next week. Another two weeks pass before they get back to me and say it will ship out that week, mid July. Another two weeks pass and nothing. I ask for a refund since they gave not sent it and they said refunds are against their policies. They were working on getting it shipped out. After that, no more communications from them, since the six month mark was approaching in October 2025, I reached out again before I went to do the charge back and I get a response. “Wanted to confirm the sizes for the armor”. I figured they are getting to it finally and nothing. They had blocked me on multiple social media platforms. It is already almost a year and nothing.
