Ordered a gas grill and combo drawer/cabinet unit from Ate&Drank. Very good price. Good communication. Said the grill was backordered for about 2 months. Placed the order and it arrived 6 weeks later ahead of schedule. Smooth transaction.

This company really goes out of their way to help their customers, and helped me out with choosing a grill quickly. They answered all my questions fast and even gave me a little discount! They also had the best price, which at the time was no sales tax and free shipping (don't know if they are still offering that).

WAITED MONTHS/DIDN'T DELIVER AS PROMISED. I will be reporting this false advertising and sharing your online ad which reads DELIVERED FULLY ASSEMBLED.
The definition of “fully” is listed below. Fully doesn’t suggest that the unit is delivered in multiple modules. Fully doesn’t suggest that I am required to build the unit or put it together. Further, your protocols as listed on the side of the box require that I inspect the product “before signing off on delivery”. Yet, I have on video that I cannot do that. I was told that the driver would not wait. I find it laughable your website – and you repeat below- that if the product comes in “terrible” condition I can get a 100% refund. Most companies would not consider “terrible” condition to be a reasonable standard of delivery.
• I received the product late afternoon 12/22/2021. In large, heavily wrapped boxes on a huge pallet
• I was not permitted to inspect the products that came in 4 separate containers and was not received “FULLY ASSEMEBLED” as advertised (please see definition of fully below)
• I will have to hire someone to move the heavy pieces and assemble them due to this misrepresentation
• This will take time due to the holidays
• Poor business practices and misleading of your company both verbally and in writing
