Very poor quality items bordering on a scam operation
On their website the products look excellent. In reality, they are nothing like the pictures shown. Ordered 2 sweaters which looked cosy and warm for the winter. What arrived was cheap and shabby tat that I won't wear because the quality is so poor. The only sensible place for these items is a charity shop. If I could give a negative instead of one star then I would have. Please do not order from this company. You have been warned.
TRUST PILOT - for your information the website for Atelier d'Helena are showing 5 star reviews supposedly from this site which as you can see do not exist.
Update: heard back from them, not even a discount offered. Trying to put off returning them as they say you do it at your own cost and has to be sent to Lithuania even though it was shipped through Yun Express which is in China. Once received can take over 1 month for refund to be processed. I doubt refund would be issued in any event but am still pursuing it.
