La marque a totalement disparu
La marque a totalement disparu me laissant ainsi sans solution suite à une erreur de production de leur part. La couleur qui a été reçue ne correspond pas à la couleur que j’ai commandé. Malgré plusieurs contacts par mail et Instagram, la marque ne m’a plus donné de nouvelles alors qu’ils ont reconnu l’erreur. Je suis extrêmement déçue au vu du prix du fauteuil !
Par ailleurs, je tiens à signaler que la marque a pris le temps de supprimer mes commentaires demandant à avoir une réponse de leur part sous leurs publications mais n’a pas pris la peine de me répondre avant de disparaître quelques jours après
