I had an excellent experience with this company. After the painting was finished, I was able to review and approve the art before shipping. It arrived quickly and looks fabulous. The frame (I chose a floating frame) is very well made and perfect for the art. Will definitely order from AtelierOil again!
My experience has been outstanding. My second painting had some damage on the frame upon delivery. The Customer Support team was very responsive and gracious in keeping with the company policy. A replacement was made and in just a couple of weeks a new painting was made and ready to ship. I’m looking forward to the replacement painting.
