Ordered a pair of Uggs- they never arrived! Despite contacting the ‘company’ several times via email I’ve had no response. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Social media platforms need to stop advertising these websites.

Still not had my order from the 17th December nor have I had any response to my emails chasing
Pretend company take your money but…
Pretend company take your money but deliver nothing . I am taking to my bank .
Other people below have done the same.
Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers! They’ve set up a company ( and when checked it closed down in 2017 through financial reasons!) and pretending to sell items especially Uggs. They now have all our details ( email addresses, phone numbers, and bank card ) from when we ordered items. They can sell these on to anyone! They need to be called out on what they are doing. It’s illegal. I had to contact my bank ( and you all should too ) and I was refunded when they looked into this so called company. They don’t give you any customer service contact. They don’t reply to emails and if you do get a reply it’s lies because they haven’t got the items they are claiming to sell, the lie about the delivery taking its time ( in my case because of Black Friday sales and Christmas post ) they definitely are NOT based in London. Scammers who’ve got away when untold money. So call your banks if you’ve ordered anything from them! And Facebook and Google need to stop promoting them by having their ads on their sites.
AVOID AT ALL COST
I ordered 2 pairs of uggs in november for my wife as a birthday present. I have messaged/emailed them 23 times now with no response. I paid with my card so can't really do anything about it. AVOID
Scam company it’s says a delivery…
Scam company it’s says a delivery company from Brazil
Not UK company. Complete scam
Ordered two pairs of uggs. This company is not a uk based company. Order tracking from china which took two weeks to state item delivered when it wasn’t (have CCTV). One order no tracking details located. Emailed company daily for 2 weeks with two email addresses and nothing. Complete scam. Now initiating refund through bank which is investigating. Do not order from this site.
They scammed me
They scammed me. Saying it's a London company it's not. I never recieved my uggs. Luckily I payed by kalarna and went through them to report them for not delivering my order. I emailed the company 7 times, no response. The kalarna got involved and got my refund. I didn't get the delivery cost refunded though. So stay away from them.
