Item took 3 months to arrive. After 25 days and no movement on shipping I wanted to cancel the order. There is no customer service number to call. All correspondence is through email and takes days to get a response. Finally received the Wedge Pillow and it is flat wrinkled and looks nothing like the picture. What a piece of crap.

If I could leave a negative 50 I would. Shows a nice product, sends you an absolute piece of crap. The website is what you are paying for. Call your Nigerian cousin, you’ll get something better.

Just like the other reviews I ordered the Wedge Pillow, I think we must've all seen the ad on Instagram for it. I ordered in early May, really vague tracking with unclear shipping. I didn't even have the official tracking number, just a link they send to the mailing service they used but for over a month my item was just "in transit." Yesterday I went to check the tracking again and both the Atheina website and the tracking website are scrubbed off the internet. I was lucky enough that when I called my bank they were able to give me a chargeback for the purchase because clearly this website was a scam. But in case, if in the future Atheina comes back, don't trust it, don't buy from there, go look somewhere else and save yourself the anxiety and stress.

This company is a SCAM. Pillow took over two months to arrive and was not at all as advertised. Delivered it to the wrong address x

My pillow took 3 months to arrive. Customer service was not helpful. The pillow looked absolutely nothing like the advertisement. It is thin, misshapen, wrinkled, not a wedge shape and ugly. They have decided that pillows cannot be returned. A wasted $100. Stay away. I only wish I could give negative stars

If I could-0000 start for this scam company. After months of waiting I asked for my refund and was denied until I received the item. Well, your pillow is a type of discolor sausage that looks like has been on the streets. This scam and fraudulent sales. Must Stop.

I thought I was purchasing from a legit website. The product took months to arrive because it came from China. It arrived tightly bound in the smallest box. The instructions say to give it 24-48 hours to expand but it never did. The material quality is so poor. DO NOT order from Atheina!!!!!

Ordered the wedge pillow over 8 weeks ago (mid April). AlI I receive is notification of tracking numbers but no actual movement of the item. They charged my account the day I submitted the order. They stated I could return it when I receive it but pay attention to their return policy, it excludes the wedge pillow.

Same as other reviewers- Placed an order for a wedge pillow in March and have not received it. Many emails back and forth and no resolution. I am out $115 and not happy about it!

I also ordered a wedge pillow in March 2022 and there is no tracking update. I was told there was shipping delays after I emailed them in May. Like the other reviewer, I asked for a refund but was told I could only return the product when it arrives. Still nothing. This is a fraudulent company- do not purchase.

I ordered a pillow a little over 2 months ago. I kept contacting them for updates. USPS had no update just a label printed. Last week I sent email demanding money. I haven’t heard a thing. So I put in a dispute with credit card but since it’s been over 2 months there was nothing. They could do. Do not buy

⚠️I ordered this Lillia Wedge pillow in late March 2022 and I've been waiting for a month for it to ship from China. The USPS tracking number has not been updated since April 5th. When I reached out to the company, they responded by saying they could not issue a refund until the item arrives.
Now I don't have the product or my money. #disappointed
