Product won't even turn on

Ordered a massage gun. It doesn't charge or turn on. No reply from customer service. I have to just chuck it as I'm not paying to send it back and then hear nothing. I hate this company now.

Problem? Tough sh*t, silence from customer service

Bought the 420l ice bath in August 2024, 12 month warranty, sprung a leak recently. Emailed help@athlefix and got a prompt response from Joe R acknowledging the issue and requesting video evidence so they could assess and progress matters. Sent that over quickly and have heard nothing since despite 3 chase up emails over the last fortnight. Also messaged them on Instagram yesterday. I wouldn't be as annoyed if I'd been blanked from the outset but to get such a promising quick reply makes the subsequent silence worse. There are plenty of other ice bath suppliers out there so take your money elsewhere is my advice. Very very poor.

Similar to other that have noted their experience with this company. Absolutely shocking customer service and the product itself doesn't work. I had plenty of contact with them prior to purchase but their so called customer service went to ground when I contacted them regarding a return. Andrew Palmer you seem to be the only one to have successfully returned this product. You mention a return address in Beckton could you give the full address please, as I cant find it anywhere? Thanks

Trying to contact Athlefix…

I’ve also tried to contact Athlefix trying to return a massage gun, I’ve emailed 6 times with no response. I’ve also filled in the online form 3 times, it says someone will get back to you within 24hrs still no reply. The extended Christmas period date to return goods is here. The site should be taken down.

Bought for a birthday present that has never arrived, they emailed to say the colour I chose was not in stock but another colour or a refund was an option and to reply to the same email, so I did so asking for another colour, which they said they would email to confirm…. Never any reply and 3 emails ignored later still no further forward so I take it as a scam! Don’t make the same mistake as me.

Unfortunately, I also didn't read the reviews before purchasing a massage gun. It is faulty and the product doesn't work at all. I've sent multiple emails which have been ignored, so am now going to take this up with the bank. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

Athlefix is a well documented scam

Having had the same experience as many on here i went down an internet rabbit hole and found this to be a known scam (google "deprogun athlefix")
I bought the massage gun for my husband and had exactly the same experience, says its charged and won't work. Have sent 3 mails to customer service and all have been ignored. This seems to be one of the ways the scam operates.
I have found the Irish hosting platform (letshost) and reported there. If you have also been scammed you can report this by emailing letshost

I bought my son a massage gun for Xmas

I bought my son a massage gun for Xmas, despite numerous attempts to charge it it still does not work 😠 contacted their customer services 3 times never replied to us. Notified my payment provider Klarna to withhold final payment instalment & I’m asking for refund via them. Very frustrating that it seems they’ve scammed many people recently

Waste of time. Faulty. Poor responce from "customer service".'

Bought a masage gun for a Xmas present. Charged it as instructed but although LDE indicator says fully charged it will not work. The operating pannel only illuminates when charger is connected, but touchscreen does not respond. Emailed for return instruction as they request but never any reply. They do have a return address on their website (Beckton) but they also say wait for return instructions first. 30 day return 'policy' is now due. I seem to have no option but to post it back and hope. Just wish I had never bothered. 28/01 Update - Having returned the item by Royal Mail (approx. £7 for signiture on delivery) I then received an email acknowledging the return and a full refund followed. Persistance did eventually work for me. Thank you Athlefix.
