Great customer service
I have done 2 hotel bookings so far and I am impressed about the quick service I requested afterwards via WhatsApp. They answer within literally seconds, very friendly and always quick in answering my questions. Website works well, I did a few comparisons and rates are super!

I attended my sons wedding and it was…
I attended my sons wedding and it was excellent from start to finish.The people running the hotel were great nothing was too much trouble for them.I stayed overnight the room was very good with everything you needed.The food at the hotel was also very good in fact better than a Michelin star one.I can recommend this hotel from a special function to an every day event.

Great Deals & Fantastic Support
I had an issue with a booking and when I contacted support I was greeted by Brian who went above and beyond to resolve the problem and made a stressful situation very easy to deal with. @hotel was already becoming one of my preferred booking sites but with a support team as quick to respond and as helpful as they are, I will always be using @hotel in the future!

We had a sudden loss in the family & had to cancel our trip. Our hotel was non refundable. Your understanding in this situation was very much appreciated & quickly responded to the situation resulting in a full refund.
