A fantastic resource for those looking to find talent in a seamless fashion, without needing to go through all of the bureaucracy involved in hiring an employee directly.

The best part about working with Athyna though was the people. The entire team was helpful, communicative, responsive, and understanding. Working with the talent sourcing team was an absolute pleasure and I sincerely thank them for being there throughout the entire process.

I first tired posting my job post on Indeed and LinkedIn with little success. In came Athyna. I worked with Pilar, who was amazing through the entire process and still is.

They also had some difficulty finding a candidate because my niche is quite unique. Therefore, I had to pay my contractor a couple more dollars per hour than originally budgeted, but they did find an amazing candidate for me. So the service definitely works! I've been using them since Aug 2021 (3 months so far) and I am very pleased with our new hire! They speak English very well and fluently and also have the skills required to do their job well.

I am a digital agency owner and finding skilled media buyers is one of the biggest bottlenecks in my business.

In this post Covid world, working remotely became obvious and no longer seemed a challenge, so back in June I spoke to the team at Athyna about getting more of an insight on how they can help my business. We were at capacity but struggling to make the next step into another full time local creative. Within 2 weeks we were presented with 3 quality candidates and before we new it we had on-boarded a great creative to support out local team. The process was mach easier and less demanding compared to previous experiences and the flexibility to transition them from a 12 to 20 and ultimately a 40hr week makes it a no brainer.
