Given the nature of our business, we understand that crisis management is essential. It can often be put to the side while more enjoyable and less intimidating tasks are worked on. The course was useful to refresh my existing supplier safety auditing skills, as well as teaching me a few new things along the way. Colin is a very approachable and engaging trainer who is able to share his wealth of H & S auditing experience in the travel trade to great effect. He takes a very sensible and pragmatic approach to what can otherwise be a rather daunting subject. I also appreciated the invaluable handouts and resources. The only reason I have given the course 4 stars rather than 5 is that it had to cater for quite a wide breadth of differing knowledge levels and areas of interest amongst the participants.
