Writing this review after being spoke to in a very rude manor by both S and L. Me and my ex house mate just moved out of our flat exiting our tenancy early meaning we would have to pay a break out fee which we did ON TIME and kept communication with the agents at all times. But of course now we have moved out and are awaiting our deposit back we are sent round the houses being told many different things by many different people. It’s funny that we do everything on time but when it comes to us getting OUR money back we are left waiting given many different responses in a very rude manor. Absolutely awful agency I WOULD NOT recommend to anyone!!! Honestly the worst!

Hi Guys. Just to let you know I've found a property last month. But can I say out of the firms we dealt with yours was very pleasant. Plus the policy of No hidden charges. Loved the fact you deal on a first come first serve basis with offers made. It was Soloman who showed us a property near Rotherhithe new road. So thankyou.

Danny has been just great at selling my house. As soon as he took over he was always on the end of the phone or email and communicated in a way far above what I expected. There were lots of problems arranging viewings due to Covid and the property having tenants but he managed it all and now I have a buyer. I can absolutely recommend him.

By far the worst agency that I have rented through.
At first they tell you all you want to hear just to make you sign (“of course it is pet friendly!” It was not). Then they belittle you (asked for several items to be removed from livingroom, agent said yes to all then a few days before agreement started I asked for confirmation and they were like “unfortunately this can’t happen (some items had to stay). We can cancel the contract if you want”. Sure, I will cancel the contract 7 days before we have to move in after everything has been paid and confirmed.
FIVE weeks before tenancy was to end I was asked if I want to stay or to move. When I asked about what staying would mean (i.e. price), they said they THINK it might increase with over A THIRD of what we were paying. When I said I was not comfortable paying that much more when I get no upgrade, they “kindly” informed me that I was “mISsiNg tHe pOiNT” and that prices are back to what they were pre-pandemic. Not 5 minutes later I get a confirmation of tenancy ending at end of contract and was slapped a form 6A (Notice seeking possession of a property let on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy) which doesn’t even make sense in our case (I have 2 months to vacate from an 6A as opposed to the 5 weeks notice we received in regards to the change in price, if we were to renew). 5 hours later (5ish pm) same person had the audacity of saying that they want to schedule viewings the very next day at 11am like ??? Yea, no thanks.
Cue to deposit return - thankfully the deductions were up to the landlord and she has been correct and professional about it, even if I was the one that had to start the conversation. But the process of the return was the agency’s job.
We all signed the documents in the same day which means that they had 10 calendar days to return the deposit or, as it was written on the agency’s document, 5-7 business days since said document was signed, both having the same calendar end date. One day before the legal time frame I reminded them that I am to receive it by the end of the following day and asked them to confirm. I was ghosted but I received a couple of hours later an email from TDS that the agency removed the deposit from the database, so they haven’t done anything by then. One more angry email later, I finally got confirmation and the return of the deposit after 2 full weeks.
I am thankful that this was finally sorted and I waited until getting my deposit back to post this as I feared they would find a way to do me dirty if I was not 100% done with them.
Yes in the end everything turned out ok but at the cost of dealing with their incompetence, lies and rudeness.

We were a landlord with Atkinson Mcloud. Our tenants signed a 3 year contract and as requested we paid our fees upfront. When the tenants left after 2 years AtkinsonMcloud refused to ‘refund’ the money and stated we could only use it as a credit if we found further tenant's through them. When we went through a different agency they would not give us our £3k back. We have now gone to the property ombudsmen who have ruled that AtkinsonMcloud have to give us our money back and described the contract as misleading. Still Atkinsons won’t give us our money back. Please use this company with care and double check the contract. Should your tenants leave they will not refund any feeds to you.

Highy professional service, very helpful, responsive and friendly staff (namely, Francesco at CW Branch) who helped me to fix my new rental home.

Our agent found a buyer for our property within 3 weeks of advertising it. His advice and support throughout the process was invaluable. He was always available to answer our questions. When we had a problem he helped us resolve it with patience and sound advice. It was great to work with him.

Since the property have some issues I had to reach out to the property management.
But I haven't received any updates for a while (It took almost 3 months to get an update), but the PIC has been changed as Arshia Khan. Unlike the previous property manager, she was very quick to respond. And she knew what the problem was and how she could help me out. Most importantly, she kept noticing me the updates in order to let me know the progress. Thank you again Arshia!

The sale of our property was not an easy one during Covid. Our agent Philip Bullman made sure that the sale was possible and kept us informed all along the process.

Rented from Atkinson McLeod for a year and didn’t have any issues. Our property manager Elena Cosciug was always extremely responsive and helpful with any issues we had. She made our time at the property run smoothly.

We have had a great experience with the rental team, and have been impressed with their professionalism, attentiveness and efficiency at getting things done. We have been most impressed particularly with Francesco who has gone above and beyond throughout this process. We were regularly updated through the journey with Francesco ensuring our needs as well as the tenants needs are met. Additionally, we are so grateful for Francesco’s help even helping us move and assemble a sofa on behalf of our tenants! Thank you so much again and highly recommend the team!

Smooth and efficient process delivered by Francesco from start to finish. He was communicative, honest, and went above and beyond to ensure I was moved in on time. The quick turnaround was impressive. The property had obviously been professionally cleaned and prepared for my move in. 5/5 for Francesco! Let’s hope this is just the start of a great tenancy!

Really good experience and honest. Francesco moved me into an amazing flat within the week and within my exact budget, and everything was so smoothly sorted and super straightforward. He even helped me assemble my furniture which im sure is way out of his job role. :D

Myself and my flatmate were in need of a place very quickly and the process from the viewing to move in day was seamless. Not only that but our agent Francesco went above and beyond to make sure everything was done smoothly and all with the best customer service I have ever experienced. It’s been a month since we moved in and enquires have been dealt with within the hour (including out of hours which was amazing) - I couldn’t recommend Francesco and this company enough. It’s been a breath of fresh air and totally stress free.

Iona is the best property manager we’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Iona’s empathetic to all situations, deals with issues head on and has always stood in our corner.
