I've been with Premier for a little over 3 years now and I have always been satisfied with pricing and my service. Recently, I had some issues with my system and an error signal that would not go away. I called into their office and was immediately walked through a procedure to test my alarm to make sure there were no communication issues. The bad news, my cellular communication device had gone bad, but the good news was that Premier had their Service Manager out to replace it in only 2 days. They were completely booked for the holidays, but he took the time to work late and make sure everything was resolved! I definitely know I made the right decision in my Home Monitoring Service Provider!!
