Frauds, DO NOT BOOK! I asked an agent to email me an official confirmation twice - both came without any no-refund clauses. What's even annoying is that the deal I was sold does not exist. A supposed Ops manager told me on record that my calls will be put on hold if I call back! Business has 2 Companies House registeration and are possible tax-evaders, although they appear on gb.enrollbusiness. it is uncertain how their revenue collection/accounts is done. My suggestion is that the directors and staff alike be investigated and audited.
I have spoken to Rick, Dominic and Mike and some other finance manager/ Operations lead - DO NOT be fooled by the 'English' names, their accents give them away. Not racist but these guys must be taken out of business.

UPDATES: I have decided to pursue litigation against the business after all endeavours to recuperate my deposit failed. 2 months plus is a long time to bear with crooks. Enough is enough! BIG FAT Scam / Fraud be aware !! Went online and after visiting their site, they called me and gave me the price of a ticket with and he asked for deposit of £100 which I paid through my Debit card and he said within 10 working days I should pay the balance. 3 days before the flight I heard that the ticket has being cancelled and he was pleading that I choose other date's and it for me to pay like £200 additional to the original price asked for a refund and still waiting for it a month later !

As this was for the first time that i had made a online flight ticket booking and was really very much happy with the services that were being provided by Atlantic Choice, they gave me a very cheaper flight that was in my budget and after everything was done perfectly I got an unexpected call from their Manager asking about my satisfaction against the services.
I must say the company who cares for customer feedback are the one who really want to serve. Cheer's Atlantic Choice.

It was my first time of booking my ticket to fly in Gambia and I ask for help at Atlantic Choice for help . The staff was ready to help me at any time and Rick ( the employer) did explain to me everything . He was kind , patient and good understanding .

I was served by Chris Pine ... he was ever so kind and gave me the assurance and peace of mind needed as i told him i had been a victim of agent scam. He was very patient and got me a good deal . My ticket was was sent to me via email same day as payment was confirm. He also gave me the booking number as i requested for t is to confirm that my reservation is not fake. I am happy with the service recieved so far from Christ Pine and i hope to use him again next time. I will also be recommending Christ and the company to friends and family

Very DISHONEST COMPANY I paid a £50 deposit then paid the full amount before the due date CHRIS PINE then called me to say there's a problem asked me to fly fr Heathrow instead of Manchester then told me I could fly fr Manchester and would call me that evening to verify but never did when I tried to call no one would answer. I had to report this as FRAUD to my bank still ongoing DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

Very dishonest staff. I called in feb to get prices for flights to Johannesburg,Chris pine then gave me a price and asked me to pay a deposit of £100 and went on to give me another account number to deposit the rest of the money in(which I thought was a bit odd). After paying the deposit, they then said that they will issue the tickets in April as this is the time they get deals from airlines. I then asked them why they did not tell me this before paying the deposit and he told me stories. I then requested the itinerary and he then started telling me stories,stating that they do not provide an itinerary until the flight tickets are all paid for. He later sent me the itinerary with bogus information. I also requested their atol number and he also stated that they only gave out the atol numbers when the tickets are paid in full. I then requested my deposit back and till today I have not received the deposit. They are crooks and I would not advise people to use them at all. I have since been ringing the company and do not pick up my calls
