Rude, aggressive and cocky representative called. Would never deal with this company if this is quality of their staff

I registered interest for an upcoming IPO. I received call from young guy as follow up. He was rude, aggressive, cocky and treated me like an idiot. Even had the nerve to say in a smarmy voice “you do know that shares can go down and up”. When I challenged his behaviour he continued in the same manner. I told hi, he had made me very upset by his attitude and he said “it’s the first time anyone has told me this”. Would not touch this company with a barge pole if this is the staff they employ to follow up leads
