A perfect stay at Atlanticview!

What an amazing stay we had at Atlanticview. As if the views, complimentary wine and stunning rooms aren’t enough, the amazing staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect stay. Breakfast every day was full of fresh fruit, yogurt, refreshing juices and a great variety of hot options. The evening canapés were an unexpected treat and the wine between 5-7pm was a daily highlight, whilst watching the sun set. The views over Camps Bay and Lions Head are unbeatable. Atlanticview is the kind of place you wish you could stay forever, and a place we are already dreaming about visiting again.

Amazing Valentine's day with stunning views and beautiful hotel team

We spent an amazingly beautiful Valentine's day and night in this beautiful hotel - with stunning views and a team that reads your wishes from your lips. We felt home from the moment we entered, were taking care of in the most pleasant way, and enjoyed the views that simply you only can have on this terrace and from the beautiful rooms. We will definitely come back and actually cannot wait for our return ....

Perfect Location

Just back from sunny South Africa where we spent 10 days at the Atlanticview Hotel (Camps Bay) Capetown. We have holidayed here every January since 2023, and we simply cant believe the feeling we experience every year when we walk into reception ! The view is breath taking and the welcome is heart warming. This hotel is so luxurious, so clean, and the location is unreal ! To the front you have uninterupted panoramic views, over the beautiful Camps Bay, to the horizon on the so blue Atlantic ocean ! Behind you you can watch the cable car running up and down from the majestic Table Mountain ! Look to your right and watch hang gliders launch themselves off the Lions Head, a magnificent peak ! To your left is the awsome range of mountain peaks called The Twelve Apostles ! It is so so nice to sit out by one of the 2 pools (one being an infinity pool) with a glass of wine to watch the amazing sunsets ! It is so peaceful and quiet at Atlanticview, yet you are only a short walk from the sea front/beach and the bars/restaurants of one of South Africas most beautiful villages. At Alantiview the staff spoil us no-end. Nothing is too much trouble........the answer is never ''no.'' They genuinely enjoy making you feel special. We always wonder how Greg (owner) managed to pick such a fantastic team !!! Food is simply delicious, preparation and attention to detail, impeccable ! Roll on 2027 👍🍻

An Unforgettable Stay - Treated Like Royalty…

View Cape Town Boutique Hotel was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel truly special—like royalty. The breakfasts alone were exceptional: beautifully prepared, delicious, and a perfect start to each day.

The level of service went far beyond our expectations. The team thoughtfully arranged transportation for us, including airport pickup, trips to amazing wineries, the Aquila Game Reserve, and even rides to Mantra Café. Every detail was handled seamlessly, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our time in Cape Town.

One of the highlights of our stay was a surprise evening of entertainment midweek. We were treated to an interactive African drumming experience, along with unique and delicious appetizers and sparkling bubbly. It was so much fun and truly over the top.

The hotel was immaculate, and the entire staff was friendly, caring, and attentive. Even after returning home, my family is still talking about the excellent service, cleanliness, and warmth we experienced.

If we ever return to Cape Town, there is no question—we will stay at The Atlantic View Cape Town Boutique Hotel again. Highly recommended.

Amazing Experience!

Our family stayed at the Atlanticview for three nights over Christmas 2025. We booked Suite 7, “The Royal Suite”. It was one of the best hotel experiences of our life having traveled for decades and staying in many 5-star resorts. The hotel is surrounded by a trifecta of stunning vistas: the dramatic cliff backdrop of Table Mountain at the rear; the cobalt blue Atlantic Ocean at the front; and the majesty of Lion’s Head to the right. Located in the Camps Bay neighborhood, it felt exclusive and private yet easily accessible to all parts of the city. No stone was left unturned when it comes to quality and attention to detail. Prior to arrival, Greg & team provided exemplary concierge service to ensure an optimal experience in Cape Town and travels onward. This continued during our stay as the team scrambled to secure our family a booking for Table Mountain due to last minute changes and during peak season. Upon arrival, check-in was warm and personal. Following a personal tour of the property, we arrived at our room: an impressive space with floor to ceiling windows and glass doors that open to a private deck with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Lion’s Head. We were greeted with a welcome note from Greg & team and a chilled bottle of sparkling wine adorned with rose petals. The suite is spacious and luxuriously decorated with quality furniture, fixtures, and art. The bathroom is huge, decked with quality stone and a heated floor, and local luxury toiletries were stocked. A delicious full breakfast was served in our room and was a feast for the eyes as much for the tongue, including custom coffee drinks, artisan bread & pastries, fresh fruit platter, yoghurt, and charcuterie creatively constructed to look like petit fours from a Parisian bakery. The platter was arranged artistically and adorned with a red rose, so beautiful we didn’t want to disturb it, but so delicious we ravaged it! Complimentary canapés were served during happy hour in the restaurant which we enjoyed with a delicious glass of Chenin Blanc from Stellenbosch. The timing was perfect for watching the sunset. The bar staff (as with all the staff) were warm and authentic and connected with us on a level that was genuinely warm and personable. The whole experience felt like staying with family and friends at a luxury home, not a hotel. All in all an amazing and unforgettable experience.

A slice of heaven!

The Atlanticview is actually heaven on earth. The location is shockingly beautiful with stunning views of Table Mountain behind the hotel as well as Camps Bay and Lions Head in the foreground of the hotel. While the views were incredible, the location did not compromise on convenience. A quick 5-10 minute Uber ride gets you anywhere you might want to go to in Cape Town as a tourist.

I felt very safe at the hotel too, with a 24/7 security guard at the entrance and someone always at reception. The staff were very friendly and helpful! A highlight of my stay at the Atlanticview was the food and wine available. Every night the hotel has a complementary wine night for a couple hours in the evening with canapés and wine. While I spent most of the wine nights talking with my friends in the very comfortable dining/living room that overlooks the bay, I’m a big tennis fan and when the Wimbledon final was on, the staff kindly put it up on the TV for me at the bar.

If I’m ever back in Cape Town, and I imagine I will be at some point because it’s such a special place, I will 100% return to the Atlanticview!

Perfect location and amazing view! Beautiful luxury hotel!

My stay at the Atlanticview was one of the most enjoyable, relaxing, and rejuvenating hotel stays I have ever experienced. The staff was incredibly attentive and kind and made my large group feel welcomed and cared for. This hotel has everything one seeks out in vacation accommodations: a stunning view to wake up to, a delicious breakfast with a wide range of a la carte options, comfortable, spacious, and clean rooms, and a fantastic location. While close to attractions in downtown Cape Town, the Atlanticview is conveniently situated on convenient routes to activities in Simon’s Town and the Cape of Good Hope, and minutes away from the Table Mountain and Lion’s Head trails. If you are looking for a luxury hotel stay in Cape Town, I cannot recommend the Atlanticview highly enough!

Beautiful Atlantic View at Atlanticview

I recently stayed here on my trip to Capetown. This was the perfect place to have a relaxing vacation where you can stay and enjoy the comfort and amenities of a nice 5-star hotel while also going into Capetown to explore and eat out. The view was definitely the standout, as the hotel is located on the hillside just above Camps Bay. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which you could order from the restaurant and have delivered to your room.

Beautiful Hotel in Cape Town!

My friends and I had an absolutely amazing time staying at Atlanticview Capetown Hotel. Situated in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, we had a wonderful view of the water. Arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by the welcoming hotel staff and offered glasses of wine. We were then led to our rooms, where I enjoyed sleeping in a superbly comfortable bed after a long day of travel. Breakfast was a luxurious highlight - you could either have it in your room or in the dining room. I especially enjoyed the omelette. Fresh fruit was also available all day, and it was great to grab before leaving to explore Cape Town. The “boutique-ness” of the hotel created a very intimate feeling, making it feel like a little community! We also enjoyed many wine nights, where they supplied hor’doeurves. We also had a beautiful view of the water, which was a joy to wake up to.

I strongly suggest anyone traveling to Cape Town to consider staying at the Atlanticview! It was really a special experience for my friends and I to stay there, and we’d love to go back in the future.

Best 5 Star Boutique Hotel in Cape Town

A quite exceptional small luxury boutique hotel and I have stayed in many. Excellent advice when booking from Greg Boki the owner regarding our stay and trips to wine regions.

The location for us was perfect; for local trips Uber works well. We had day trips to the Stellenbosch and Constantia wine regions and one to Cape of Good Hope organised by Greg and his team. We had planned to spilt our stay between Camps Bay and the wine region bur on Greg's advice stayed in the one location so we were not changing location after 3 days. This worked really well for us as the wine regions are close and we didn't have to drive. We also had an evening check out on our last day so could relax in the hotel before leaving at 7pm for a late flight back to London.

The customer service was in all aspects outstanding, the staff led by Justine could not have been more attentive.

We stayed in the Royal Suite with fabulous views of Camps Bay. The suite was spacious, luxurious and super comfortable. Each day started with an excellent breakfast in our room or on the decking. Fresh juice and pastries with cooked breakfast, but to be honest the continental breakfast was so good after the first day we passed on the cooked option.

Each evening between 6 and 8 there are complementary drinks and canapes which we enjoyed as we could meet other guests which we enjoyed.

We ate twice in the hotel, you have to order your meal a couple of hours in advance as the food is freshly prepared and delicious. Other nights we ate in restaurants recommended by the hotel.

We are planning a return trip in the summer.

Best 5 star boutique hotel in Cape…

Best 5 star boutique hotel in Cape Town! Huge fan. The views are stunning, the food (especially breakfast!) is delightful, the staff are lovely and so accommodating. Just a 15 min drive from the waterfront, which is lovely!! Highly recommend. I’d go back in a heartbeat. I stayed in the infinity suite, the bedroom and bathroom were both so spacious and luxurious. The kitchen was also lovely with a great selection of wines. The breakfast was also a highlight, with fresh fruit and eggs every morning. The avocado toast was my favorite, and the breakfast staff are just delightful! Miss Bridget especially, she took such great care of me and my friends!

Phantastic Boutique Hotel

Dear Greg,

We would like to thank you for the upgrade, your hotel has exceptional views, the location is great, and the food and service excellent in general, special thanks to Justine and Mansur.

We liked the initial room assigned, but the suite was of course exceptional. We would like to congratulate you for the decoration of the hotel and specifically in the suite, difficult to improve.

We live in a town 30 km north of Barcelona in a beautiful house located in a hill with nice views to the sea and we thought our place was outstanding till we have been in your hotel.

Thanks for everything and we left Cape Town with the feeling we would like to come back, and of course to your hotel. Atlanticview is the best 5 Star Hotel in Cape Town that we have stayed in.

Best regards

Amina and Jose
