The most overpriced and rundown experience ever. I have photos of bath tub peeling, stains in the hall carpets, decrepit elevator doors, furniture in the room and in the pool areas that are broken, rusty and dirty. Areas where lack of repairs are dangerous. And you will pay every time you turnaround and receive POOR TO AVERAGE food, booze and service. I will never go again sold my Brookfield stock!

Worst experience ever!!!
Two of my luxury brand bags ( with both dust bags) have been stolen by housekeeping in the hotel room of the Cove ( its the best and five star hotel in Atlantis Bahama ), I always put my bags into dust bag after I used them and put them into my suitcase in the hotel room, the bag is too big to put into the safe so I have only put my jewellery and watch into the safe, the two bags were stolen by housekeeping 100% sure as both of the dust bags have been stolen as well. I have raised this to the security investigation as its a very serious criminal and it has been over a week they still have not come back to me with detailed investigation yet!
DONT LIVE THERE, its not safe at all!

We booked and paid our room at Agoda.com for 3 adults and 1 child 15years. When we check-in hotel request extra payment because 15 years is not a child but junior. There was no option as junior at Agoda neither at Atlantis own booking. Furthermore hotel says they are not responsible for their partner! What unprofessional attitude! It took some time to digest this and enjoy our stay.

The Coral Altantis who gave us a wealth of information based on the fact we were celebrating 2 birthdays in our family. We received beautiful gift baskets in our rooms.

What an amazing place! A lot of thought, effort and money has gone into creating Atlantis. The resources and facilities are quite incredible and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

The business facilities and conference center is also really extensive and the restaurants are first class.

Be prepared to walk your feet off!

Really not a five star hotel. Service terrible, prices for a 5 star facility but quality of a 3 star. If you are looking for a 5 star accommodation look for something else. Half of things from menu not available, rooms outdated and destroyed, carpets didn’t saw vacuuming for quite some time, elevators malfunctioning all the time and impossible to get a normal food if you didn’t book place in restaurant months in advance.

Great resort the whole family had a great time.

One of the highlights of a recent holiday to the Bahamas was a visit to the Atlantis site on Paradise Island.
The adult day-pass price of $190 seemed expensive, but we were expecting many water park type rides and lots of wildlife to view.
There were not actually that many rides, and some were not operating during our visit. That said, those rides/slides operating were good.
In terms of wildlife, there were ponds well stocked with stingrays, turtles and fish, including sharks. The 'dig' aquarium was impressive, but the viewing tube through the bottom of the shark pool was dirty, short in length and didn't seem to contain that many fish.
The Atlantis site contains several pools and beaches which were clean and well stocked with sunbeds. Lockers were also available, at a price. We paid $23 dollars for a medium sized locker, in which we were able to put one small rucsac and a beach bag.
I would probably visit the Atlantis site again, but not at that price!
