I had the hormone balance heart-shaped gummies and on my 27th day of eating two a day, I can say that my mood swings were way less during PMS, and throughout my period I only had about an hour where there were cramps and then I was cramp free the rest of the period!! I enjoy the taste, I enjoy how cute they are, and how they make me feel. Highly recommend!!

I got the callogen gummies. I was having a lot of issues with hair loss and it was very unhealthy. Within a week I saw less breakage and my hair started to grow and felt so so much healthier to the touch. I will definitely purchase more and plan on trying the ashwaganda gummies as well.
