I received poor advice early on in the process. Atlas Planning recommended submitting an application for three houses with the logic that even if fewer were approved, it would be a win. However, they failed to identify the key limitation in the local plan regarding infill development in small hamlets. As a result, the scale of the application understandably raised concerns among local residents and has likely contributed to the current impasse. Avoid engaging with Dan Roycroft, you'll be out of pocket very soon whilst he suns himself after washing hands of your project.
