Dear Mr Schoots,

Thank you very much for your review.

We are sorry to hear that you did not have a pleasant experience with the return process.

Atlas For Men is an international company and the clothing is not distributed from the Netherlands. Please note that the return procedure can take 2 to 3 weeks. When your package has arrived at our international depot, you will receive your refund within 14 days.

As just mentioned by phone and after checking, the return amount was refunded to your account on May 18, 2023.

We hope that in the future we can give you more confidence in our company and our returns process.
