Atlasglobal scamming people
I booked with Atlasglobal for a return flight (4Dec-2Jan) from London to Baghdad and on 26th November 2019 I received an email in Turkish stating that my flight had been cancelled.
Since the 26th November, I have not received any positive correspondence from them despite emails. They are just a steeling money when they could, shame no body could stop them
I've not received the refunds. Atlasglobal have been very bad. Shame on them for scamming people and making no attempts to return people's money.

I booked with Atlasglobal for a return flight (20Dec-31Dec) from Kuwait to Istanbul and on 26th November 2019 I received an email in Turkish stating that my flight had been cancelled. Luckily I was able to take Kuwait bound flight from Istanbul on 31st Dec.
Since the 26th November, I have not received any positive correspondence from them despite emails. They've shafted me between the agency (Rehlat) and themselves for a long time and I'm so frustrated.
I was forced to buy costlier ticket. Change my plans etc.,
I've not received one cent in refunds. Rehlat have been equally useless, but Atlasglobal have been shockingly bad. Shame on them for scamming people out of money during the Christmas period and making no attempts to return people's money.
I hope Turkish Cultural and Tourism ministry will take note of this.

I booked with Atlasglobal in October for a flight from Kuwait to London and on 26th November 2019 I received an email in Turkish stating that my flight had been cancelled.
Since the 26th November (almost 2 months since cancellation), I have not received any correspondence from the email despite emails. They've shafted me between the agency (Rehlat) and themselves for a long time and I'm so frustrated.

Atlas global does not deserve any star
Atlas global does not deserve any star, negative ZERO they cancelled flights in mid November without notice while we are already in Amsterdam connecting flight via Atlas Global to Istanbul Turkey. I already asked them for a refund via email because We had to purchased new airline tickets or else we will be stuck in Amsterdam.
I purchased the tickets directly with Atlas global but they have ignored my emails and up to this date have not issued a refund of our money, clearly a violation of an airline code because they did not render any service.
WARNING: NEVER BUY TICKETS FROM ATLAS GLOBAL AIRLINES NO MATTER HOW CHEAP IT MAY SEEM.

I and 3 pals bought 9 Atlas Global tickets in total via a travel business Gotogate / etraveli, late last year (2019), to travel with Atlas Global between the UK and Istanbul. In the event we bought 4 return flights and an extra return leg.
Then Atlas Global got into financial difficulties and stopped flying for several weeks from the end of November to late December. One of us got messages in Turkish (which were binned as we assumed they were marketing spam) and I only discovered by chance almost at the last minute that our tickets would not be honoured. With hotels, hospitals, surgeons, taxis and more booked we suddenly had to go and pay double the price from Turkish Airlines.
In the aftermath Atlas Global, Gotogate and etraveli are difficult to disentangle let alone liaise with, and so far we have not had a penny back from anybody. This is despite my knowing that the final ticket was bought after Atlas Global had already publicly declared they were not flying (admittedly on the same day, but after the notice was issued). And I know, too, that Atlas Global (which has resumed operations) has already issued waiver references for 7 of the 9 tickets. So Atlas Global / Gotogate / etraveli should have refunded us. Moreover, in my book, Atlas Global / Gotogate / etraveli should have been refunding us for the costs of our more expensive Turkish Airlines flights and the extra expenses to which we were put when we were forced to take other flights to and from other UK airports.So that's taxis, subsistence etc. I think we even had to have an extra night in a hotel.
In summary Atlas Global / Gotogate / etraveli are entirely unscrupulous. By rights I can go to the police over this and, though Atlas Global is based in Turkey and Gotogate / etraveli is based in Sweden, they are also apparently operating in the UK from offices here.
Don't trust them.

Do NOT book ticket on their website. My flight on December 18 got canceled by them and no refund to me. I sent several times email to their call center but no answer yet. This company is a pure scam!!! Avoid this company and do not buy ticket from them!!! They stole my money!

This flight company is the worst company ever. It is making our holiday a hell. After arriving to Tel Aviv from London the next day we got an email that our flight back to London been cancelled. We were trying to resolve the problem and get another ticket on another day with trip.com that is also useless . We purchased our ticket from trip.com and they were keep telling us they will change the day. After talking to them 2days they informed us that our ticket cannot be changed. So we gave up hope and bought new tickets through another company. I also contacted the airline itself in two different email, no answer came whatsoever. On the 3rd day I contacted trip.com again to ask for refund as we had to buy another ticket they told us our flight is not cancelled and we should ignore what they sent us earlier and we are not getting any refund as we didn’t ask for. This is a joke. Both trip.com and Atlasglobal is a scam!!!!

No refund for thousands of people whose flights got cancelled
Flight of past november 28th got cancelled. If you look at their website they are back in business and advise you to send an e-mail to callcenter which I did twice! Still nothing! A terrible airline which works more like a scamming company than an airline!

I wish I could give 0 stars to this shockingly irresponsible airline but unfortunately there is no such an option.
I'm among thousands of passengers whom their flight was cancelled between Nov 26 and Dec 21, 2019, while we were notified about it only by a non personalized email in Turkish. Since then there's no possibility to get in touch with them, no answer to calls and emails. They shamefully announced that after Dec 15 they will see what they will do with victims of cancelled flights! They don't even communicate if there is a plan for refund or not. What's the difference between stealing money from people's account directly
and this unacceptable action?

He cancelled our flight in peak time (Christmas holidays) without any substitution flight or clear explain for refund!!! So actually they stole our money and left us alone in middle of our trip.

I do not wish to give any stars. This airline is shameful. We were encouraged at Stansted to book an upgrade at £140 extra per person. As it was a special trip to Istanbul we agreed.
The service was supposed to include better in flight meal and drinks. The meal choice was really restricted as crew said many choices had already run out. This was strange as we had only just taken off!!! There were only about 15 people in first class. How few meals do they start with?
Worse still they then said they had run out of drinks, alcoholic or otherwise. We only had I small drink. Hardly a good service!
Cabin crew were rude.
There was no apology for this awful service and it is clearly a miss sold. What a waste of money.
Customer services responded to my complaint in broken English but did not address the issue or offer a refund. Do not travel with this airline. They are unscrupulous! I will continue to try to get some recompense as they should not be so disrespectful.

They cancelled a flight and although I had booked through a booking agency and still have not received my refund which I am entitled to 100 days after the request for refund, the booking agency blames Atlas Global and Atlas Global blames the booking agency. After many phones calls with different stories, When I wrote to Atlas global about helping (by working with travel agency etc who said they had not paid the refund). Atlas Global written response was not our problem. Talk to Travel 2B, the agency. Shame on you Atlas Global, do you really want to keep tarnishing your airlines image by not helping and answering the question about whether you had refunded the money to the agency

I booked my flight from Istanbul to London Stansted, thinking the flight had an In Flight Entertainment, how wrong I was. The website stated this ( although I knew that the IFE would be an overhead tv screen), however once on the plane, there was no IFE. I should have paid LESS and flew with Pegasus Airlines, as they tell you beforehand that their aircrafts are very basic. Food was very basic, nothing to write home about. At Istanbul there was a flight delay of 50 minutes, eventhough all the passengers were ready and waiting in the Departure gate. I have no idea why there was a delay? Some passengers got thirsty and had to walk back out of the gate D7 to buy some cold drinks and on their return back had their drinks checked and their handbags as well (eventhough an hour earlier they were already checked). Is Turkey becoming a country where there are always delays? I have flown with Turish Airlines three times now and with Atlas Global once and everytime the flights have been delayed? Next time I am staying away from Atlas Global and thinking twice about Turkey..... why are there constant delays?????
