Absolute garbage company

Absolute garbage company. Do not waste your money on these leads.

The sales process is completely misleading. You’re pitched by a young salesperson who tells you exactly what you want to hear—claims like “we vet leads based on your criteria,” “we confirm the investor is ready,” and “we present your offer in advance.” None of that is true.

In reality, they’re doing cold outreach to a generic list of “accredited investors” who have no prior relationship with them and have never heard of your offer. It’s a total shot in the dark. Their entire process is simply asking if someone is interested in an investment offering a certain return. If the person says “yes,” they pass that lead to you.

When you actually contact these “leads,” most have no idea what you’re talking about or clearly don’t understand the investment. They are not qualified.

I even worked with the company to improve the outreach messaging so it accurately described our offer. Once we did that, lead flow dropped to zero—which tells you everything you need to know about the quality of their list.

For context, our offer was solid: a 14% preferred return on single-family housing investments with an experienced 25-year builder. This wasn’t a weak or unusual deal—the problem was entirely with their leads.

They claim they’ll replace bad leads if you can’t reach them or if they’re unqualified. To be fair, they did replace a few—but every replacement was just as bad, if not worse.

When I requested a refund so I could move on, they refused, citing a 24-hour policy. There’s no realistic way to evaluate lead quality within 24 hours. I asked multiple times and was repeatedly denied, with promises of more leads instead—which again were useless.

Bottom line: If you enjoy throwing money away, give them a try. If you value your money, stay far away.

Terrible leads, terrible experience

I've been burned by previous leadgen companies before. I decided to give Atlas Investor Partner a shot. I agreed to do their $150 introductory offer. The first two "leads" that came in where anything but. The first lead immediately responded to me that he's not interested. Second lead never responded despite repeat attempts to contact.

AIP refused to provide evidence of any vetting/qualifying of the leads at all. They hid behind chatgpt'd email responses and vague details about their "proprietary system" so they couldn't tell me.

Do yourself a favor, and do not waste the money time and effort with AIP.

I was originally presented with the…

I was originally presented with the promise that the leads I would be purchasing would be exclusive and thoroughly vetted, which has not been the case. All six leads provided were invalid. Each individual stated they did not wish to be contacted and expressed frustration that I reached out at all.

Their so called leads are not leads

Their so called leads are not leads. They are buying a List and the leads you get wont respond if they do they have no idea how you got their number and don't know who Altas even is. Do not waste your money. Run away as fast as you can.

Going great!

Ive been working with Atlas for the past few months now. They have been providing great leads and have provided a ton of support in how to contact them and get the most value from the service.

Things started off rocky where we were not able to get in contact with leads but when we listened to their advice things went so much better.

We will continue working with them through our next raises and have been able to raise our 3,2MM needed in 3 months for our multifamily project in Houston.

Avoid this scam

I was intrigued by the company's claim to introduce entrepreneurs to investors. Despite not being able to support their claims - I enrolled in their service.

They charge a base $150 for basic introductions to investors. The issues appeared very early. They sent me the name of two investors. Investor 1 never returned calls, emails or texts. Investor 2, I was able to connect - we chatted for a total of 3 minutes. I asked him about my deal details that AIP might have shared with him. He mentioned they had shared no details and simply send a text with my name and number. He could not have been more indifferent. We scheduled a second call - he did not attend and other attempts to re-connect were unsuccessful. I never heard from him afterwards. Investor 3 was obviously not an investor but someone that tried to get me to believe he was a wealthy investor that wanted to sell his goats to generate the cash for the investment. We also wanted to to evict squatters from his Versailles condo, be the DJ at his daughter's wedding and introduce him to African dignities. He also felt the need to insult me. I got in touch with AIP afterwards - by the way the numbers they use to contract you pre-sell don't seem to pickup once you become a member. No one returned my calls and they would only contact me via email or text. They wanted to provide another investor to replace Investor 3. But I received a 4th investor not too long after I received Investor 3's profile. All efforts to connect with Investor 4 were unsuccessful. At this point, it was obvious it was a scam. With in a few days they had run up a $750 balance for 4 prospects that were not viable investors. I had to get aggressive to have them cancel my contract. Don't waste your time.
