Great looking and performing rotors
The service woman who answered the phone seemed quite friendly and knowledgeable, and so far, for about 3 weeks the rotors look and perform grat.

Horrible Service
Not only did they take over 48 hours to process my order, when they promise 24, they shipped late and shipped the completely different parts. I order Rotors and brake pads for a Range Rover and received part for a honda accord. I tried calling them and it took 17 calls to get someone on the phone. The only way I could get them was pressing every single extension in their directory, luckily I speak spanish because that is the only line they answered. Do not do business with this company, it's not worth the headache.

We are terribly sorry for the disappointment, as we pride ourselves on our customer service. From order placement to delivery, it was 6 days total, the first 2 of which were over the weekend when we were closed. So 4 business days, from order to delivery, for a product that is custom made when the order is received, was pretty good. We sent the Honda products you ordered, as we had no way of knowing that you really needed parts for a Land Rover. As for the phones, again we are really sorry, it was during our lunch hour, and we would have been happy to return a call if a message would have been left. We are more than willing to work with you to facilitate an exchange for the correct parts.
