Purchased a scope from AT&t 13 days later still hadn't been shipped at 16 days I call and a cancel the order 3 hours later after I cancel the order they shipped it had to return it then took 3 weeks to get my money back in my bank they are some kind of sorry people customer service and sales do not use

Excellent support with Kelly Prince

Was nice to actually talk to a real person. Kelly Prince checked a couple things and determined the scope needed to come in for repair. Excellent communication skills. If I have to call back I hope she is still there. She provided the RMA and shipping label while we were still on the phone and verified I had everything I needed.

Thor6


A buddy of mine and I noticed the release of Thor6 and decided that we wanted to swap out our thermion 2s for these. We ordered two of the thor6 elites on January 20. ATN said it would be 3 to 4 weeks.
Based on that we went ahead and sold our pulsars. We've checked in every week, customer services kept saying no dates but 3-4 weeks from order date. We have a hunt started next Tuesday so we contacted ATN today. Their response was orders will start shipping next week. No explanation on why what we were told numerous times was a lie. No sorry you relied on what we told you. So now I have to go purchase another scope.
I understand this is a first world problem and I should have known better than to rely on customer service. This won't happen again and I doubt once I receive it I will keep it. I've been

Top tier service

The representative, Kelly Prince, was extremely patient even though I didn’t have all the information she needed to help me. She just kept asking questions until she had enough information to get my order processed. Most would have told me to call back when I had the correct information. Top tier service!

ATN.. POOR QUALITY, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

ATN customer service is the worse ever. I will never purchase an ATN product again. It took over 2 months to get a return and by then my warranty was out. Horrible... horrible people in customer service. ATN is a junk company with terrible customer service. Iv had three thor 4 scopes and all have had issues. My second scope came back from repairs twice not repaired.. ATN customer service will not response to emails or calls. Poor quality products with horrible customer service.

Was having issues with my scope, called atn customer support and Kelly Prince was great to deal with. Had everything ready for me to send it in to get fixed in a timely manner. If you are having trouble just give them a call.

Great customer service!

The wait time was more than acceptable but what made the call was my representative, Kelly Prince. She was courteous, patient, knowledgeable and thorough right from the start and it continued that way for the entirety of the call. Kelly was able to take care of my issue and got me all set within just a few moments. She also helped set up an account for me. She was fantastic!

I spoke with Kelly Prince today in regards to a problem with my ATN Thor 4. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She issued me a RMA and explained what I needed to do to package and and ship it correctly. She said once they receive it, it would be a 5 to 10 day turnaround. Looking forward to getting back in the field soon. Thanks for your help.
