Very professional and helpful throughout, despite last minute problems
We went with A To B Removals as they seemed very professional during initial interactions and during the survey, it helped that their quotation was also cheaper than the other company we were considering. The team have recently taken over A To B, but also run All Star Removals so I think the team that moved us was a mix from both companies. They were incredibly careful and efficient when loading our things, but we then had a problem further down our chain and it looked as though we wouldn't have access to the new house on the day of the move. Lindsey was brilliant in trying to work out a plan to store our things and then re-deliver them at very short notice. Fortunately we did then get access to the new property and the team unloaded the vans quickly and carefully. They were polite and professional throughout, despite the delays in unloading. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
