AWC token from the Stake program are missing
I installed this wallet a long time ago because a friend recommended, I used it in order to get the advance of the staking program, specifically their own token, the AWC because the high return, I deposited a bunch of the token and I left the time running, yesterday Sep/3/2025 I tried to get my reward and all my AWC token were gone, I contacted the Support and they were very gently and very fast but at the end my problem weren´t solve, don´t use the Stake reward program they have, for the rest, is ok

AW does not support but does damage control instead.
I posted my experience on this site on Aug 13th 2025 regarding problems I ran into with Atomic Wallet . I sent in a support request to them on that same day, however no one from Atomic Wallet has ever responded. The only response was to my previous review post on this site. If Atomic Wallet cared about their customers ( and were competent) they would respond to the support request, however they are more concerned about doing damage control on this and similar websites.
Hey AW support, try spending more time responding to your customers support request than mitigating negative reviews you most definitely deserve.
To everyone else using AW, you have many other options, explore them and dump this wallet ASAP.

I had to retrieve my wallet onto a new computer. I downloaded the Atomic software, put in the 12 word keys, created a password and it loaded great! I then send some Hbar off, and no issues. I'm so happy I got my stuff back from my old laptop that crashed and burned!!!

Worse Wallet Ever. They charge you so many fees. I have enough money to buy something they charge you fees that take 50% of your money away and when u lower it. Its always there was a problem.
