Excellent planning, communication, implementation and after care regarding IT migration/projects and onboarding/management of a new IT contract.

I have known David for a couple of years through networking. With his background in IT and competence, when he set up Atomyc I knew I wanted to work with him.

As a small but growing business, we knew it was time to streamline our different workflows but got stuck trying to decide if 365 was the right way to go to manage things better. There are so many other options available we felt daunted and aware that getting it wrong could be time consuming - and time is what we don't have! David and Sam have been absolutely excellent. From the calls to discuss our needs and concerns, to the migration itself and the training - it's been an excellent experience. We've felt very well supported in what felt like steps into the unknown but a month in, we are already seeing big improvements in our productivity, workflow and general project management. We've even had some fun with it! The training provided by David was fantastic; clear, relevant and clearly he had given thought to what was likely to be appropriate for us. We had concerns that we would need to plague them with questions for weeks, but the care with our set up and the training means we've had the confidence to start using the products straight away.
