SUPPORTING FAKE DOCUMENT PROVIDER
See I came to know in EVIDEN - SYNTEL PVT LTD last Month 3 candidates has submitted the fake documents and still they are working with high pay salary .. I also mailed to the concern people. But no response from them . They are supporting the fake document providers and also to shut my mouth some of the team members generated the fake Termination letter. The Candidate who got the terminate is still working in the SYNTEL PRIVATE LTD. The Reason is some of the HR are paid to the amount….
It's to hear that you have provided the termination letter for the candidate Dominic Rabuni on behalf of a fake document submitted . But pls don't mistake me pls bcz the termination letter seems to be something wrong .. Its not my right to say but I will point out some mistakes . In the Offer letter the name was mentioned as Dominic Rabuni M. But in the Termination letter it is mentioned as Rabuni M Dominic. The other thing in the offer letter the designation was Associate Consultant but in the Termination Letter the designation is Application Developer.
The Most Important thing is For SYNTEL PRIVATE LTd is mentioned in offer letter and even in all letters which was provided by ur concern. But the thing in the Termination Letter is mentioned as For Syntel Pvt Ltd . I hope the letterhead for every concern will be the same . But I can't understand how these changes are done .
So it clearly shows that some of the team has made it to close my mouth , and they support the fake documents candidate .
I have attached the (Termination Letter ) document which I have got. As I said above I think the Termination letter is also fake and it shows very clearly that she is still working in your concern . I don't understand why you provide this fake Termination letter.
