Not a 4*, careless treatment of privacy on the web, food poisoning

POSITIVES:
+ Very helpful and friendly employees at the reception and the shuttle bus driver
+ comfy beds
+ clean
NEGATIVES:
- after my review on google they revealed my identity (Name, surname) without my legal permission on public web
- food poisoning at the hotel restaurant (burger with salad)
- no med aid available (even paramedics had no medicine against food poisoning), so you either go to the hospital with people who only speak French or keep vomiting all night. In the med box they only have band aids.
- no refund or compensation (only 10 eur for 1h of late checkout and offered an upgrade for the next stay, which I am not planning on)
- no fridge in the 4* hotel - forcing you to eat in the overpriced restaurant or buy 0.5l water for 3 eur
- remote location, only by shuttle which goes 0:06 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 23:00 or cab (30+ eur) or Uber
- old furnishings and generally worn out
- windows cannot be opened (no fresh air)
- paper cups in the room in a 4* hotel
- no shops/pharmacy nearby, you will need to go to the airport.
I stayed in this hotel for a dance festival as all-in-one venue, but missed the main party on Saturday and was still dizzy on Sunday due to the food poisoning. Will definitely not recommend it.
