Negative 6 billlion stars. Stole my hard earned money. I am demanding a refund . I have lots of friends who care about me who will be more than willing to share my story on trust pilot as well

App doesn't offer more than other apps, several cool features but costs $4.99/1wk trial, $6.99 for 3 more reports, another fee if you want more features ALL JUST FOR THE TRIAL, & then $49.99/mo?? Wow. Went to cancel after 5 days, had to figure out how to get from the app to the website to cancel membership, the website said I had 1mo trial. I knew that wasn't right so I canceled & sent an email, told them that is dishonest & misleading wording. They refunded my 2 purchases I made & acted like they didn't know what I was talking about after a bunch of back&forth & refusing to address my question. Sketchy af tbh

Disgusting scam. Doesn’t authorise in-app payments through Apple Pay, charged me an extra $20 because I accidently tapped an icon in the app. Also mis charged me additional costs for no reason. Do not download this app and avoid getting scammed!!

this company not only goes out of their way to completely deceive their customers, but they also make it near impossible to cancel your subscription, and even when you do finally get it canceled despite the many hoops you have to jump through, they will STILL steal your money and claim you agreed to it. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

Very hard to cancel the subscription.There’s no option in the app, you have to go through their support to do it.

Pure SCAM, stay away. They will add extra charges and when you ask them for the refund the give you the run around so you will give up

An advert appeared on Facebook for this astrology app. I just wanted to find out where to live for my soul to be a peace. The next thing it asks for my a photo of my palm. It then takes you to this subscription page where it wants you to sign up further. You basically cannot get out of that page until you’ve signed up for something. You can’t find anywhere to cancel it. The whole system just seems rigged. They offer a consultation for birth charts, a reading with some guru (no doubt a bot) , all these add ons etc. Oh did I mention my soul would be aligned in Russia? Anyone read the news lately? Scam! Scam! Scam!
Contacted customer service and they came back with a whole bunch of nonsense. I’ll be contacting my bank and anyonebody else I can think of to get these guys to stop trading.

I would give this minus stars if I could. Do NOT use this website or app. It appears to be designed to get you to update your credit card details and then charge you £48 per month, even if you never knowingly subscribed.

Trying to cancel is extremely difficult, as the platform does not allow you to easily stop the subscription. I had to contact my bank to block the payments. Please be very careful.

Terrible platform which made it very hard to cancel membership. They sent an email with cancel membership in the headline so I assumed this was confirmation. After being charged, I looked again and I see there in small was another button to press to actually cancel. I believe this is deliberate so people like me don’t realise they need to press again. Do not trust this organisation.

Definitely a scam! I signed up under the 7 day trial period - most of it wants you to consistently upgrade and pay. I cancelled same day after having to click on a million steps that ultimately are trying to get you to stay - 2 weeks later they charged me 19.99 and refuse to refund me - Its pretty faulty - The information is garbage too - DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Signed up for the palm reading and did the free trial. I never got the notification that my trial was expiring until I got the charge and immediately emailed them to cancel (I hadn’t used the app itself, except for the date that I originally got it and didn’t really need the service for $50 a month). Instead of understanding or grace, I was met with while you signed this we can’t help you.
None of the readings were accurate-I would avoid this platform and take your money somewhere where it’s better used instead of throwing $50 down the drain

SCAM. Purchased an Astro cartography map which was not delivered. Then Atrix proceeded to take x4 separate transactions from my account. They had no basis to do so. Trying to reason with customer service is impossible. Please do not authorise any amount as you risk opening yourself up to #fraud #atrix #scam

This is not a legitimate astrology app if you didnt need me to say that already. their coverage of birth places is super low despite it not being difficult to do the maths for any point in the world if yoy aee using polygons or other devices used by more legimiate astrologers
