Ordered a swede Jacket on January 2nd and Im still waiting for it.

I bought some boots in this web but it took almost a month to arrive and the customer service takes long to answer to the emails but at least they reply.... i had to request a change of size... i could do but it took a while.... i would have given more than to stars but the product took long to arrive, the time to reply to the emails was super long and then I received the same boots size...

Delivery time was like a month but it didn’t bother me. Was very happy for my boots to begin with, but slowly it began to dissolve. Now the zipper is also broke. I contacted the customer support and was met with the same discount code, they sent me with the original package. No further compensation or offers to repair the item. Very disappointed. Will not shop here again.

I ordered the boots in Dec 2025 and as of Feb, 2026 my package is still in transit. I order shoes and clothing online all the time but I've never experienced this type of ineptitude from a company. Unfortunately i did not read the reviews prior to ordering, but based on other reviews I've read I may or may not receive what I ordered. I'm certainly getting what i paid for which is "Poor Ass Service" because based on other reviews posted that's what the company provides. BTW, when i requested a refund the company responded by stating as of Nov 2025 they no long issue refunds. Just to recap, this company will take your money and you May or May not receive the product and there will be no refund and this company appears to be comfortable doing business this way. Sounds like Scammers to me.

Placed 2 orders 1/07 and 1/08 over a month now none of them has been shipped yet. Requested cancellation and refund no one answered . PLEASE AVOID THIS VENDOR AT ALL COSTS

Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase from Attere. The quality is solid and the product feels well made and durable. It does exactly what I need it to and looks good doing it.

Shipping was smooth and everything arrived as expected. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that there’s always a little room for improvement, but nothing major stood out as an issue.

I’d definitely recommend Attere and would consider buying from them again.

They are scammers/drop shippers. Avoid.

One of the best costumer services I've ever encountered. I've ordered the marlow crease boots about 3 weeks ago and altough im still waiting for them, the costumer service was so helpful with making sure my order was handled with care. (tip: message them on instagram, they will reply😂)

After 30 days the belt I ordered still has not shipped. Attere refuses to cancel and refund and promises the item will ship “soon”. Avoid purchasing from these scum.

Quality feels cheap, and size measures are wrong, so i try to send it back it cost me 25 euros from Europe. After 2 weeks my delivery app confirmed it got back to them 3 weeks later still no update about my refund and ignoring 5 of my emails DONT BUY HERE THEY WILL "scam" U

Ordered a pair of Rhinestone Rodeo Jeans that were not as they appeared in on the site. They were not denim but they were a cheap printed fabric and half the rhinestones were a part of the print and not real. Also, I was never given an order number and when I asked for one customer service never responded.

Completely dropshipped. Bought a belt from them, came in the wrong size, tried to refund on their site, didn’t work. Went on Amazon and found exact copies of the belts that they were selling for 1/3 of the price.

I never received my shirt from Attere. After four emails to customer service with no response, they finally wrote back and told me to take it up with the shipping company. The shipping company does not accept disputes after four weeks. While I can't speak to the quality of Atteres products, definitely do not order from them, as they do not have the customer service or service recovery to handle their operation.

A really poorly-run outfit. I placed an order for sneakers early last December, thinking they were coming from Los Angeles. They finally arrived two weeks later but they sent the WRONG size! Then, I sent them back for a replacement. They then sent the correct size to the WRONG address, somewhere in Texas—mind you I live in Northern California. It is now February, and still no shoes! I found out that they are coming from Chine, of course. I will never do business with this outfit again. Hopefully others will read this and be forewarned.
The four and five-star reviews you see here are PHONY. No real customer with any cognitive function at all would write a positive review! They get these glowing reviews by offering rewards to naïve youngsters in exchange for writing them. Consumers must beware of this rampant fakery in the digital marketplace.

I place my order on 11Jan, customer service help to amend my shippment address on 15Jan which is already over 14days.
I sent servel emails but I got no response over 1week!(Auto reply msg said they will response in 24-48hours) I just want to know the status of my order and just need the estimated shipment date!!!!!

SCAMMERS!!!!!! This website is a complete scam ! I ordered one month ago, I never received any shipping confirmation, they just keep lying about refunding me. I have not received my refund or the denim I bought!
