The live chat is the best I've ever experienced

I had to resent documents for proof of who I was and I was getting so confused as what I needed to do I got talking to someone on live chat who was so polite and very helpful which is a rare thing these days with internet chat and she even went out of her way and took my new pdf which I was ment to sent through email (which was likely to get lost somewhere) and put it with the rest of my documents which wasn't even her job to do excellent experience thank you again Sedida
